  5. Behind the Actress: Tracy Talks QSC, Busts, and the Future
  6. After seven months of total silence following QSC’s dramatic bust at the end of 2024, Tracy, head of sales and the sharp-tongued public face of Qingdao Sigma Chemical, is finally back. In this rare interview, he speaks candidly about the raids, the refunds, the reputation, and why people either love QSC or want it banned outright

  10. First I'd like to thankyou for agreeing to be interviewed by me and for taking the time to answer my questions. I must admit that when I reached out to you, I didn't expect to receive an answer yet alone for you to agree to this interview
  11. For those new to the community or those living under a stone, can you please introduce yourself and tell us a bit about your company QSC?
  12. 💬 QSC is Qingdao Sigma Chemical Co., Ltd, it's the largest steroid, peptide and raw material supplier since many years, (not anymore after our bust in end 2024 ofc), we've been supplying the biggest share in the grey/black market in the world, and we've been the first ranked company in Alibaba while pharmaceuticals were allowed. We've also been the first chinese supplier to surface and do public sales.
  13. What is your position in the company?
  14. 💬 My position is head of sales.
  15. Is QSC a manufacturer of raws, a lyophiliser or a reseller?
  16. 💬 QSC do not manufacter raws, no one do actually, the manufacters do not have direct access with western buyers, we do resell raws, we only manufacter the HGH and IGF LR3 powders, and we do all the brewing for steroid oils and pressing tablets, and we lyophilise the peptides after purchasing the raws for the factories.

  21. This is my summary of what happened. Please correct me if I'm wrong anywhere and let me know if you'd like to add anything to this
  22. QSC went completely dark in January 2025. On January 10, Tracy posted that for “security reasons” all operations, wallets, emails, and WhatsApps were being shut down temporarily. He told customers not to send money and that he wouldn’t log in again until it was safe. After that, there was 7 months of total silence.
  23. • Reason given
  24. In the August 1, 2025 comeback announcement, Tracy explained the silence:
  25. • QSC faced unexpected legal troubles.
  26. • There were arrests, seized machinery, confiscated funds, and team members lost.
  27. • They claimed they couldn’t even access company emails or past order records during that time.
  28. • Impact
  29. • Customers were left without orders or refunds.
  30. • Return
  31. On August 1, 2025, QSC resurfaced via Telegram with the “Official Comeback Announcement.” Tracy said he was personally handling all orders now, focusing first on selling old stock, with the goal of slowly repaying debts and rebuilding operations.

  36. 💬 Your version is good, yes, that's what happened.

  39. ]
  40.
  41. What was the cause of your legal troubles ? Was it the sale of steroids or peptides?
  42. 💬 Sale of steroids. The charges were mainly this, even that the peptides stocks were also confiscated, but the charges on our team who were involved in the steroids were harder. The peptide staff was released fast.
  43. Here are some of the conspiracy theories going around, if you could comment on these please
  44. A. Pre Christmas promos: many suspected you were raising cash aggressively because something was about to collapse. Is this true did you know what was ahead?
  45. 💬 We started aggressive sales since Black friday, in November, and everyone got their orders, and we planned to do the same in Christmas, it's high peak seasons, so it's normal to take fully advantage of these periods, that are pre Chinese new year holidays, when usually the sales are lower since international operation stop. if we knew something would happen we wouldn't be busted.
  46. [

  49.
  50. Late 2024: Christmas 2024 tirz remains one of the biggest stains on QSC’s reputation and a reason for why QSC can’t be trusted. Those who bought tirzepatide in the Christmas 2024 sale never got automatic refunds or replacements. Why was the tirz so bad?
  51. 💬 The tirz was good, its quality was excellent, every batch was tested, +99% and all of them overfilled, if anyone claims otherwise, he can share his tests.
  52. Jan 10 2025: When you posted about this; all ops paused “for security reasons.” Emails, WhatsApp, wallets shut down. “Do not send money.” Promised return after things are “under control.” Many people thought this was an exit scam
  53. 💬 People will always think of this, sometimes I used to just take 1-2 days off to rest when I come back I already find many people claiming QSC is doing exit scam lol
  54. Jan -July 2025: Total silence. No updates. QSC unreachable. People were speculating that you were in hiding or rebuilding elsewhere. Where were you and what were you doing? Why didn’t you give any communication instead of just vanishing?
  55. 💬 We shouldn't be doing any communication in public until the case is fully closed, so I was taking some risks by doing it from time to time and it's not worth it. If I had no updates to bring, making posts is pointless

  59.
  60. August 1: comeback. Official telegram post. "After 7 months of silence we're back" "New orders are helping fund compensation for past buyers". You are now personally handling orders. While a lot of your supporters believe you, there are those that accuse you of robbing Peter to pay Paul or describing this as a Ponzi like model, while some are even doubting if you are the real Tracy but an imposter using your brand. How do you decide which old buyers get compensation first, and who gets left waiting?
  61. 💬 The decision of compensating buyers is made by company boss, no one will get any compensation from end 2024 until the brand is fully running, including production, international shipping, and this will also can be possible only when the case is closed, if the company decided to start compensations now we will be bankrupt, the priority is the suppliers, the logistics compagnies, the machinery purchase, so I rather get the hate now.

  65.
  66. Aug -Sept 2025: the focus is on selling old inventory. Many people are concerned about the quality of this old stock and how it's been stored with a risk of degradation. Should they be worried? How are you approaching product selection and making sure customers still receive value
  67. 💬 I've sold plenty of those old stocks, and including many resellers, who tested the products, and suprisingly most of testing is 98% / 99%. The lyophilised versions are stable, the testing has proven this many times, for example the PTDS group have done many 1 year tests, and it showed clearly that peptides rarely degrade, except few ones.

  71.
  72. Ongoing ( late 2025) QSC frames comeback as a "fresh start" with lowest pricing and most tested products. However, a lot of people think you should be banned instead snd they haven't forgotten about the Christmas tirz 2024 scandal. What do you say to them?
  73. 💬 What Chrismas tirz scandal? I am not aware of any of this.
  74. You’ve built a reputation over time in the community. Has the support from old customers impacted your decision to come back?
  75. 💬 I've always been close to my customers and I got too much implicated in the Meso community specificly, stopping sales was a bit hard for me, but not my decision, and I was hoping we can start again one day after the bust, unfortunately some collegues are still facing consequences from the bust and aren't free yet, so when the company reached me to start selling overseas stocks I was happy to do that and got a lot of love messages from our old buyers, which is heart warming
  76. [
  77. 04:42 PM
  78. ]
  79.
  80. What lessons from the past are shaping how you handle operations and communication with customers today?
  81. 💬 I haven't changed the way I handle that, in the past years, my assistants were doing it, so ofc the language barriers and lack of understanding of the assistants can sometimes make communication hard with buyers, but now that I am handling all this myself, it's smooth for every order, I try to also keep active communication via TG channel which was appreciated by many buyers
  82. [
  83. 04:42 PM
  84. ]
  85.
  86. How have your priorities shifted compared to when you were previously active in this community?
  87. 💬 I can notice big changes in the market, while everyone was focusing on the peptides at some point, the shortage of steroids make the demand explode, so I believe I am gonna give each category the attention it needs
  88. You've been away from the scene for a long time now. There are so many new vendors around for a start. What have you noticed have been the most noticeable changes since you've left? Is it for the better or worse in your opinion?
  89. 💬 The most changes is that some products that weren't that popular, became much popular, like retatrutide, taking over the tirz, more demand on some products like sermorelin and survodutide, and some other stuff that used to be sold at a slow rate.
  90. When it comes to sources, I believe most aren't doing half of testing we've been doing, we used to test every batch of peptide, the current sources barely test any. The prices are dropping very slowly compared to when we were here, my competition on prices was aggressive, the tirz used to drop weekly, now after 8 months, I find the same prices
  91. [
  92. 04:42 PM
  93. ]
  94.
  95. What challenges do you think all vendors face right now, and how do you see them being overcome?
  96. 💬 Authorities are more strict, the USA shipping lines seems to be more inspected, and I've noticed many vendors no longer offer reship policy to USA buyers.
  97. Yours was one of the first servers to be nuked back on 21/6/24. That was a big thing back then. Do you know why that happened?
  98. Now servers are being nuked daily and even my poor server was reported and nuked in July
  99. 💬 Censorship, as simple as that.
  100. [
  101. 04:42 PM
  102. ]
  103.
  104. The grey market is now fully visible on social media on platforms such as tik tok. What do you think about this and the "No gatekeeping" movement ? Will we be seeing Tracy on Tik tok anytime soon?
  105. 💬 Not planned soon, when you attract too much attention, it speed up your bust, now we're keeping low profile, only advertising in TG.
  106. I'm from the uk and we have a saying that when something is like marmite this means that people either love it or hate it. I think I would describe QSC like marmite too. Why do you think QSC inspires such extreme reactions, people either worship you or want you banned?
  107. 💬 When you see the history, I was the first to bring and cut the prices in public by 2-3-5 etc..
  108. The common prices for HGH kits were about $200-$150/kit, I came with a $55/kit.
  109. The test oil vials, were $30-$40/vial, mine were $6
  110. So it was shocking for many, some will say shit quality, etc... in the beginning, until they find out, they're been robbed for years.
  111. So in the beginning I've threatned many businesses, I've put many domestic and international sources out of market, especially raw sources, so it wasn't always welcomed, also I can say that the way I speak when someone piss me off isn't what's common, but at the end, everyone agreed that I've been the sales person who tested the most in this market, who changed the prices and standards of testing, and most importantly I deliver, no matter the issues, the clashs, at the end I deliver, and good quality, so it's always intense in the comments when some feel they buy from an asshole, but an asshole who's the best in the market.

  115.
  116. What would you say to your supporters?
  117. 💬 A big thanks, and it always pays off
  118. If you could say one unfiltered message to QSC’s haters right now, what would it be?
  119. 💬 Eat dog shit
  120. Do you ever regret how aggressive your tone can be with unhappy customers, or do you see it as part of your brand or as a necessary stance against what you consider unreasonable buyers?
  121. 💬 It's the way I am in real life, dignity comes first, I am nice to most buyers, but when they disrespect, they should expect to be threated accordingly. I never regret the way I've been and still
  122. Do you enjoy being the villain in this community? Some people say you thrive on drama because it keeps you relevant
  123. 💬 I believe a part of this brings traffic yes, so more sales, which is fine, it's what all those influencers do somehow
  124. [
  125. 04:43 PM

  127.
  128. In the UK we have a saying that the customer is always right. What do think about that?
  129. 💬 The customer who pays us is temporarily right until their money is in our account lol. It's not a philosophy, it's a surrender. It encourages entitled whining and rewards idiocy. The only thing that's "always right" is the harsh, unflattering truth that most problems are caused by the person complaining about them.
  130. Do you plan to improve customer service, or do you think your current no-nonsense approach is part of why people stay loyal?
  131. 💬 My current customer service is good actually, I haven't dealt with any major issues since most of people has been respectful and grateful since our comeback, fast and smooth payment process, trackings provided within respectable times, fast deliveries, so far everyone is happy now.
  132. [
  133. 04:43 PM
  134. ]
  135.
  136. What’s the harshest criticism you’ve received, and how do you respond to it?
  137. 💬 Like any source, we deal with a lot of issues, and we try to improve them, I don't take anything personnaly, I only see critism as a way of improvement, at some point it was speed, not sending trackings in time, complicated labeling etc... but all of it as some point was sorted. I am always open to critism.
  138. If another “shutdown” happened, would you handle it differently this time?
  139. 💬 I don't think so, if another one happens, I will see this a sign to go back to my farm and retire in peace far from problems. I can't keep risking my freedom.
  140. [
  141. 04:43 PM

  143.
  144. Your promos are hyped as “last chance” or “biggest ever” yet new ones appear soon after. How do you respond to accusations that this is manipulative marketing?
  145. 💬 You've discovered the marketing department's version of a prescription refill. Of course it's manipulative. The entire concept of advertising is predicated on the fact that people have a pathological need to feel special and a terrifying fear of missing out. We're not selling a product; we're treating that anxiety with a limited-time dose of artificial urgency. Is it a lie? Call it a placebo. If you believe it's the "last chance," it works better. The real question isn't why we do it, it's why you keep falling for it. Everyone lies; the trick is figuring out what the lie is treating.
  146. You’re infamous for telling customers “cap colours are irrelevant” or dismissing their concerns as stupidity. Do you think this builds loyalty or just filters for the type of customer you want?
  147. 💬 It saves me time, because often in a warehouse you can have 2 batchs or maybe 3 of the same product, if I tell him he will receive black and end up receiving white, he will bitch about it. Not to mention that it's gonna be complicated to keep track on colors over 80 products, I tried to make a big testing thread to post all testing results, with pictures linked in every testing link, so that buyers can verify the colors themselves and not waste my time or my assistants times if they need extra confidence, people need to just trust the process.

  176. 5mg is the initial dosage for tirz
  177. for same ratio, we get the tirz 60/sema 3 if we want to make a blend
  178. it wasn't popular in beginning
  179. Now it's selling fast, daily orders of it, people who gave it a try before our buts seem to enjoy it and many placed many kits orders of it lately, it's almost sold out, especially that we made a huge batch of it

  183.
  184. Your profile picture is that of Zhang Xinyu (张馨予), a Chinese actress and singer. What made you choose her to be your public face and not someone like Jackie chan or Bruce Lee?
  185. 💬 Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee lol? Please. That's the equivalent of putting a flashing "Hello World" sign on your code. Predictable. Obvious. Desperate for approval. Zhang Xinyu is a more interesting. She's famous, but not universally so. Choosing her isn't about mass appeal, it's a specific, deliberate choice. It suggests a creator with a particular, perhaps niche, cultural touchstone.

  189.
  190. Is she your favourite actress ?
  191. Does she know she is the face of QSC?
  192. What would you say to her if you ever met her
  193. 💬 I don't have favorites. I have a functional appreciation for certain tools. Her image was a tool. It was available, aesthetically sufficient for the purpose, and less likely to trigger the kind of boring, predictable scrutiny a global star would. It was a calculated choice, not a fan club membership.
  194. Does she know? Of course she doesn't know. That's the entire point. If she knew, there would be lawyers involved. It's an unauthorized borrowing. A pragmatic appropriation
  195. What would I say to her? I'd say: Relax. For a few months, you were the unofficial face of a multi-million dollar international chemical enterprise. You should be flattered. We used your face to sell things people actually want, not just another shampoo commercial. You're welcome. Then I'd bill her for the publicity

  202. I bet you're a big softie at heart. Do you have a different personna when you are with your family?
  203. 💬 With family, I might add a little water, just so they don't call the police. JK. I am well loved by all my familly members.

  207.
  208. If QSC had a theme song, what would it be, Highway to Hell,” “Survivor,” or something else entirely?
  209. 💬 The real theme song is the low, constant hum of a server farm at 3 am. It's the sound of a shipping label being printed for the tenth time that day.
  210. What’s the funniest or most ridiculous complaint you’ve ever received from a buyer?
  211. 💬 Why did I receive 30 vials? I only ordered 3 vials and I received 30 vials? it's dangerous to send a such number of vials, you can create legal problems for me if it was snagged by customs !! (he paid for the kit thinking it's 1 vial instead of 10)

  218. If you weren’t running QSC, what would you be doing, professional troll, underground stand-up comedian, or stock trader or something else?
  219. 💬 I've done some classic studies, with a certain complicated level of access actually, MIT-like ... but this doesn't feed you and make you rich as much as grey market, and at some point I left that stupid suits careers, I went to become a farmer and enjoy nature in the middle of nowhere.

  223.
  224. Do you think people would treat you differently if you used your real photo instead of a celebrity avatar?
  225. 💬 Of course they would. They always do. A real photo is a liability. It’s an invitation for every bored, judgmental mind to diagnose you based on your haircut, your smirk, or the background of a picture
  226. Do you use any of your own products? If so which?
  227. 💬 HGH, test, tren, anavar in the past tried bpc157, deca, eq, trestolone. trest is overrated.
  228. I also have telmisartan, exemestane.

  236. 💬 Trestolone, primo, DNP
  237. You’ve called complainers “clowns”do you secretly have a favorite circus act?
  238. 💬 Check My Meso Rx thread, It's a parade of clowns crammed into the same tiny car, honking their horns about purity and shipping times, then piling out to trip over their own feet. No offense for my lovely buyers who don't get involved into the drama huh.
  239. Cats or dogs? Do you have any pets?
  240. 💬 For BBQ? JK, not a cat / dog person.
  241. I prefer dealing with Cows, Sheep, rabbits and chicken.
  242. What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time?
  243. 💬 Spare time? You mean the gaps between one pointless conversation about tracking number and the next order? I can barely have any lol

  248.
  249. Is there anyone who you are inspired by or look up to?
  250. 💬 Not really
  251. Finally, with so many new vendors on the scene with cheap prices and without your colourful history why should people come to you for their products?
  252. 💬 Cheap prices? You can get a cheap meal from a dumpster, too. Enjoy the consequences. Those new vendors are a flash in the pan. They're here today, gone tomorrow, usually after they've sent out a batch of no peptide detected or, worse, turns out to be baking soda. Our colourful history isn't a liability; it's a track record. It means we've survived. It means when we lied, we did it well enough to keep operating. It means we're not some anonymous kid in a basement with a bag of powder and a PayPal account.
  253. All these past cock bomb vendors are just pure trading companies who never produced anything, dropshipping stuff everyone can get, and still we were the cheapest, and we still can be, in fact, we are the cheapest domestic source now, and the most tested when we used to produce, do you really think they can keep up with the frequency of our testing and our prices once we resume international operation and production? ask yourselves when they always keep coming to us?
  254. Oh and just one more question. What would you say to those that think you're a different person pretending to be Tracy?
  255. 💬 Well they still have doubts, can't help them
  256. ofc it's same
  257. A big thanks to Tracy for giving up his time to answer every question, no filters, no sugarcoating, just trademark bluntness. Love him or hate him, QSC’s comeback and Tracy’s sharp words will spark plenty of debate. Supporters will see the resilience, critics will see the contradictions, but either way, everyone will be curious to hear what he has to say
