  1. The theory behind loop skip (looping players who are blue presidents and then neining players seated between them) is that if you bunch presidents together (IE the classic 1-x,2-x,3-x) in the mid to late game (players 5-10) you end up with wide gaps with little knowledge, where liberals end up forced into TD. The idea as a liberal is to tactically try to space things out so that one player with a trusted blue record can reach another player with a blue record without having to TD. So at max a player should pick three spots ahead of him in the first go round. The idea with looping is that you want to identify three trust liberals so that in anything except a ten man game you can just pass government off between them and win the game. In a ten man game you need four players or you need to eat a TD at some point.

  3. Why it seems so fluid and hard for people to understand is that you're trying to maintain spacing and blue presidents. If for instance one is a red president in a 8 or nine man game, instead of the spacing being 1-4 4-7 7-1 you would try for 2-5, 5-8, 8-2 potentially. These numbers can be fudged and fumbled around as long as the principal of keeping short distances between any known presidents is upheld. Presidents have the most info in the game by a long shot, and top loading the front half of the board with the initial presidents sets liberals up poorly for mid and late game when they have to eat top decks which favor fash.
