For the original payment that you made, we have completed all necessary work. The deal was $450 for the original 3 pages, plus $25 for the logo design as well as a free sub page, totalling $475 which you paid up front. Admittedly there were some major delays which had multiple causes including both my own and my coder's exams as well as some personal family issues which resulted in my not being able contact you. However I did email you telling you that I would have the final design update by the 24th of June - this deadline was met when I emailed you showing you the final sub page design on, I believe, the 22nd June. We then finally delivered the completed package on the 27th June. Technically we never arranged a deadline - therefor apart from being a little late, we did nothing wrong.

As for the "crap" final page, Ryan informs me that the coding is definitely substantial and meets the same quality as the rest of the pages. I'm no developer so I can't specify exact details, however Ryan told me that the slider was coded in a way to optimize loading speeds which may have resulted in some slight misalignment issues in certain browsers. As for the navigation issue, these links are simply plaintext which can be edited effortlessly by editing the html file (which presumably you would have to do anyway to edit the content of the template).

We understand that this deal has been pretty rough and that you're unhappy, however there is nothing that we have done wrongly that should warrant the chargeback of the money we worked for. As a last offer, Ryan will fix the remaining issues with the slider and configuration settings on the sub page as well as any additional small changes that you may require in return for the Paypal dispute to be withdrawn - please keep in mind the fact that for the amount you paid us, we have completed all of the required work as well as the free sub page offer which includes the slider which both Ryan and myself spent a lot of time creating.

A Paypal dispute is the last thing that we want, so we hope that you will take our offer into consideration.
