    jiwoo's childhood was pretty dull. other than the fact that her parents had a divorce when she was 5, nothing else considered eventful happened. jiwoo and her sister had lived with their mother ever since and rarely saw their father. which she didn't mind (this ain't a sob story) since she didn't really get along with her dad that much. no matter how content she was with living with her sister and mother, she often got lonely. her mother was always busy at work and her sister was that type of student who throws herself into schoolwork all the time. jiwoo's company had always been her best friend who lived right across from her.


personality » to put it in the most minimum words possible, jiwoo is an oddball. this girl is made up of various personalities. she's not the most educated person out there (though that doesn't mean she's stupid, she just... lacks common sense), yet her artistic skills are not to be questioned. overall, jiwoo is a kind and pure soul who can't really say no for an answer. she's often called weak-hearted that way. she's somewhat spontaneous and out there, open and carefree yet at the same time, she's hesitant and cautious, especially with things she's not familiar with. other than which color goes well with what color and what type of painting style would best suit a model, jiwoo is clueless about a lot of things. more specifically, her feelings. like for instance, she doesn't know if the extreme fondness for her best friend is just because they are friends or something else entirely. (but jiwoo knows she likes him as more than a friend, she just doesn't want to admit it). and she even knows that she's dropping subtle hints to him, but it's frustrating that he never catches on. also, jiwoo gets jealous easily, but keeps it all in because she doesn't like it.

his personality » in jiwoo's words, he's a lil shit. but that's only because she's known him since birth. with new people, or people he's not relatively close with, he can be quite awkward and shy first (which jiwoo likes to tease him about). he's the type to take a while before warming up to someone and be the goofball he actually is. he's extremely funny without even trying (and sometimes he doesn't know it). he does well in all of his classes, not exactly on top but it's acceptable. he's always up for a good challenge, whether it be riding a rollercoaster or bungee-jumping. really, this guy doesn't have any fears. he's quite attractive, knows it, but doesn't really know how to put it to good use (but he's really just too shy to do so). at times he catches on to things really slowly, and, like jiwoo, is also clueless about a lot of things. (specifically, his best friend's feelings).

how you met » they had known each other since birth because they lived across each other all their lives. it helped that their families were pretty close with each other, too. because of that they've grown up side by side. but their friendship didn't really start until jiwoo was 5. it was the first week of school and they were in the same art class. some guys were making fun of her painting or smth and jiwoo was about to cry but he threw paint at the bullies (which she adored him for) and the rest is history :)
