Something finally happened today, we ran into those bandits we had been told about earlier. Also saw a bear, but that wasn't too important. Anyway, those bandits decided that they'd take us on. It got close, but they had twice as many people as us. Honestly, I'm disappointed in them. After so many insults after us, their leader didn't stand a chance and ran at the first sign of danger. That farmer really did a number on her, surprisingly enough. If you can't handle yourself in combat, what are you doing leading bandits? Some of the bandits ran, and I suppose they'll go back to the stag lord in order to tell him what happened. I hope they advise him to choose better leadership for his bandit groups. Ugh. I'll never understand people who think they're better than they are. Either get better, or get out.
