SRW DD - CP3 Stage 2

(Scene begins in the forest.)


マサキ
「で、サイバスターの修復に
どれくらいかかりそうなんだ?」
Masaki: So, about how long until repairs on Cybuster are done?

シロ
「丸一日」
Shiro: A day.

マサキ
「そんなにか!?
自己修復機能はどうなってんだよ!?」
Masaki: That long!? What about the self-repair function!?

シロ
「コンバータが大破したんだぜ。
自己修復にも限度があるニャ。
それよりショウのケガの方が問題だろ」
Shiro: The Converter got seriously wrecked. There’s only so much the self-repair function can do. But I think the bigger concern is Show’s injuries.

クロ
「治癒魔術で処置はしたけど、
ヒジ関節を複雑骨折してるから
丸一日、右腕は使えニャいわね」
Kuro: I treated him with a healing spell, but he has a fracture on his right elbow, so he won’t be able to use his arm for at least an entire day.

ショウ
「そんな事を言ってる場合じゃない。
黒騎士は必ずまたやってくるんだ。
俺がビルバインで…」
Show: This is no time to be worrying about that. The Black Knight will definitely be back. I’ll use Billbine to--

ショウ
「くっ!」
Show: Agh!

クロ
「だから無茶だって!
そんニャ腕で操縦できニャいってば!」
Kuro: You’re crazy! There’s no way you can pilot with your arm like that!

マサキ
「くそっ!サイバスターは故障で動かせねえ、
ビルバインはショウがケガで動かせねえ…
八方塞がりかよ!」
Masaki: Dammit! Cybuster can’t move because it’s too banged up, and Billbine can’t move because Show’s too banged up... We’re screwed!

チャム
「だったら、マサキがビルバインに乗れば?」
Cham: In that case, why don’t you pilot Billbine?

マサキ
「へっ?」
Masaki: Huh?

ショウ
「そうか、その手があったか」
Show: Right, that just might work.

マサキ
「ちょっと待て!
俺は動かし方なんてわからねえぞ!」
Masaki: Hang on a sec! I’ve got no clue how to operate that thing!

チャム
「サイバスターは動かせるんでしょ?
だったら、似たようなものじゃないの?」
Cham: You can pilot Cybuster, can’t you? So can’t you pilot something similar to it too?

マサキ
「あのなあ、サイバスターとかの魔装機は
操縦方法が勝手にわかるように出来てんだよ。
ビルバインにはそんなのねえだろ」
Masaki: Well you see, Elementals like Cybuster are designed to where you can learn to pilot them however you want to. But I don’t imagine Billbine is put together like that.

ショウ
「へえ、ずいぶん便利なんだな。
しかし、ビルバインの操縦はそんなに
難しくないし、いけるんじゃないかな」
Show: Heh, well that sounds pretty handy. But, piloting Billbine isn’t that difficulty. I think it can work.

マサキ
「そうなのか?」
Masaki: Really?

ショウ
「ああ。俺も一日慣熟飛行しただけで
それなりに戦えた」
Show: Yeah. After just one day of flying, I was able to figure out how to fight in a way that worked for me

マサキ
「それなりって…
まあ、しょうがねえな。
確かにそれしか手はねえ」
Masaki: A way that worked for you... Well, no sense moaning about it now. It’s the only way we’re getting through this.

マサキ
「おい、クロ、シロ。
ちょいと話があるんだが…」
Masaki: Hey, Kuro, Shiro. I need to have a quick word with you...


第2話
『オーラとプラーナ』
Episode 2
Aura and Prana


(Scene starts on the map screen of the forest. Masaki is on the map in the Billbine.)

マサキ
「よし、発進は出来たが…」
Masaki: Alright, no problems with the take off...

マサキ
「おっと!」
Masaki: Whoa!

(Masaki turns sporadically.)

チャム
「何やってんの、マサキ!」
Cham: What are you doing, Masaki!?

ショウ
「大丈夫か?」
Show: Are you okay?

マサキ
「姿勢制御がちょいとな…」
Masaki: Just a little trouble with the altitude control...

ショウ
「地平線を目安にするんだ。
[バイストン・ウェル]と違って地平線が
地上はハッキリしているからな」
Show: Use the horizon as a reference. It’s a lot easier to see it on Upper Earth than it is on [Byston Well].

マサキ
「へえ、そういうトコもラ・ギアスと同じだな」
Masaki: Huh, yeah, that kind of goes for La Gias too.

(Masaki returns to his original position.)

チャム
「そうそう、上手いじゃない」
Cham: Good, you’re getting the hang of it.

マサキ
「なんとかな…」
Masaki: More or less...

(A Drumlo appears.)

マサキ
「ちっ、もう来たのか!」
Masaki: Tch, already here, huh!

ドレイク兵
「ビルバインを発見した!
黒騎士様、至急増援を!」
Drake Soldier: I’ve located the Billbine! Sir Black Knight, please send reinforcements immediately!

マサキ
「ちっ、あのズワァースとかってのを
呼びやがったか!急いでケリをつけなきゃな!」
Masaki: Agh, he must be calling for that Zwarth or whatever it was! I gotta finish this quick!

(Battle 1 begins.)

(Battle 1 ends when the Drumlo is defeated.)

マサキ
「ふう、なんとかなったな」
Masaki: Phew, managed to pull it off.

チャム
「ちょっと、マサキ!
なんでオーラ斬りを使わないのよ!?」
Cham: Wait a minute, Masaki! Why aren’t you using the Aura Slash!?

マサキ
「なんでって…
んなもん、どうやって使えばいいか
わかんねえだろうが!」
Masaki: Why...? Well ‘cuz I dunno how to, obviously!

チャム
「そんなの、オーラをぶわーって溜めて、
えいやって斬るのよ!」
Cham: But all you’ve got to do is build up your Aura and then slash!

マサキ
「だから、それじゃわかんねえって…」
Masaki: And like I was saying, I just don’t know how...

(Masaki detects something.)

マサキ
「新手が来たか!」
Masaki: Reinforcements are here!

(The Black Knight and two more Drumlos appear.)

黑騎士
「どうやら年貢の納め時だな、ショウ・ザマ!」
Black Knight: The time has come to suffer the consequences of your actions, Show Zama!

マサキ
「げっ!ズワァースかよ!」
Masaki: Ngh! It’s the Zwarth!


(Scene ends.)

(Next scene picks up where it left off.)


マサキ
「くそっ、見つかっちまった!」
Masaki: Damn, he found us!

黑騎士
「…その声、ショウ・ザマではないのか?」
Black Knight: ...That voice. You are not Show Zama?

マサキ
「だったら、なんだってんだよ!」
Masaki: So what’s it to you?

黑騎士
「どういう事だ?
何故、貴様がビルバインに乗っている?」
Black Knight: What is the meaning of this? Why are you piloting the Billbine?

マサキ
「さあね、何でだろうなあ?」
Masaki: Who can say? Why don’t you tell me?

黒騎士
(…何か策を弄しているようだな。
ここは様子を見た方が賢明か…)
Black Knight: (...This may be part of some kind of ploy. It may be wise to see how things play out first...)

マサキ
「さあ、来いよ!相手になってやるぜ!」
Masaki: Alright, now come on! I’ll be your opponent!

(Battle 2 begins.)

(Battle 2 ends when the Drumlos are defeated. The player will die if they try to defeat the Zwarth.)

マサキ
「さあ、残るはてめえだけだ!」
Masaki: You’re the last one left!

黑騎士
「…取り越し苦労だったか?
どうやら罠の恐れはないようだな。
姑息な手を…」
Black Knight: ...Was I worried for naught? It seems I have nothing to fear from a potential trap. This must be their only option...

マサキ
「さあて、そいつはどうかな?
クロ、シロ!いけ、ハイファミリア!」
Masaki: Why don’t we give this a try? Kuro, Shiro! Go, High Familiars!

クロ
「了解!」
Kuro: Roger!

(Cybuster’s High Familiars appear on the map and attack the Black Knight.)

黑騎士
「なにっ、あのような所から!」
Black Knight: What!? Attacking from there!?

黒騎士
「ここはさがるしかないか…!」
Black Knight: I’ve no choice but to retreat from here...!

(The Black Knight leaves the map.)

マサキ
「ふう、うまくいったか」
Masaki: *sigh* It worked.

クロ
「でも、この手は一度きりしか使えニャいわよ。
ハイファミリアのエネルギーは
もうニャいんだから」
Kuro: But, we could only do that once. There isn’t enough energy left to use the High Familiars again.

マサキ
「ああ、わかってる…」
Masaki: Yeah, I figured...
