  1. Welcome to the fifteenth TDD, and the first in about two years! This TDD is designed to harken back to the year we are all nostalgic for in the popheadsverse: 2017. Here are the rules of the game:
  2.
  3. - Each round, there will be a single challenge. This challenge will be themed around an event, meme, user or other cultural landmark from early era popheads and geekheads. The winner(s) of said challenge will win immunity from that round's elimination.
  4. - Note the "winner(s)" in the previous paragraph. There will be no *set* teams in this TDD; some challenges will be individual, while others will divide the remaining competitors into temporary teams to work together. Either way, everyone left in the game will participate in each elimination.
  5. - For each elimination, a rate ballot will be distributed with each of the non-immune competitors remaining in the game. Everyone (including those immune) will submit a typical rate ballot, with each person on the ballot being scored from 1 to 10, with one 0 and 11 also allowed. The competitor with the lowest average score will be eliminated.
  6. - However, there is a twist to scoring: your TOTAL number of scores given must equal **the number of people on the ballot times 5.** For example, if there are six competitors being rated, then your total scores for all six must equal 30.
  7. - You are permitted but not required to give yourself an 11.
  8. - All individual ballots will remain confidential. The final results will also remain confidential, with the exception of the lowest average (obviously) AND the HIGHEST average. Having the highest average in a given elimination otherwise has no effect.
  9. - There are two advantages available that have the power to disrupt the above processes. However, instead of being hidden in the server somehow, these will be automatically awarded to competitors who achieve secret statistical feats in the elimination rates.
