Unfortunately though, after reviewing what you have provided in your file description, I'm afraid that we'd be uncomfortable distributing the file without more information about the sources of content included in your upload.

Specifically, you mention gathering assets from the 405th Infantry Division community, citing the following document:

 As that document acknowledges, sourcing content from game files and distributing them could indeed be a liability for us. This leads me reference Microsoft's Game Content Usage Rules, to which I'm quite familiar, though I do appreciate the link you provided in your description. Unfortunately however, the following statement within that document raises concern:

        You can't reverse engineer our games to access the assets or otherwise do things that the games don't normally permit in order to create your Items.

Regrettably, without more exact information about your sources of the content used in your file, the statement above prevents us from distributing the file. If however, you have more details about where the sourced content dervies from, how it was obtained, and statements that provide "open" or expressed permission of use, we'd be happy to distribute your file with a clear conscience. Until such time however, sorry to say, the file should remain hidden or be removed.
