  1. B. Character Summary Fields.
  2.
  3. 1B) Profile: Your "face" on the MUSH, and the information that people will receive when they +finger your character. The explanation of each profile field may be removed when the application is submitted, but other questions should be left intact as per normal.
  4.
  5. Name: Fiorella Rush
  6. Faction: Union
  7. Function: Bunny Witch Extraordinare!
  8. Series: Original
  9. Rank: A-Ally
  10. Quote: "Wait, what are you doing? You can't stop a bad guy's monologue, even if it is boring, unoriginal, and nobody's actually listening to it!"
  11. Profile: A girl connected to chaos for no discernable reason, Fiorella's a fun loving lass who is cheerful and has a hobby of beating down bad guys. Her speciality, which no one is certain what exactly it is, is the Chaos Condenser, allowing her to smack people around with weapons that match her opponent's level of destruction. Even when that's unavailable, she can easy pick up anything and kick some butt with it. But even when she isn't putting villains in their place, she's an eccentric and brash girl who is partially aware of her and everything's existence, and she rather likes the way everything is. Oh yeah, and on the year of her birth, she was born every day. It's just as confusing for her as it is for you.
  12.
  13. 2B) Is your character an FC, OFC, or OC? An FC is a character taken directly from a source theme (such as Cloud Strife) and usually closely adhering to canon. An OC is a completely original character, regardless of setting. An OFC is a character from an existing theme that has been significantly changed, whether it is the character or theme itself that has changed.
  14.
  15. OC
  16.
  17. 3B) List your character's +powers. For examples, use +powers on connected players. This should outline what your character is capable of, and while you don't have to include every spell your Wizard can cast, it should give an adequate picture of what they can do. Major resources, NPCs, equipment, etc, should all go here. Some powers (such as mind control) may require consent tags. This should be sub-divided into POWER NAME - POWER DESCRIPTION. Due to technical limitations, these cannot exceed 4kb in size.
  18.
  19. Chaos Condenser - Fiorella's meat and potatoes, she can condense chaos and havoc around her into various weapons, the power of which proportional to the amount of devastation. A normal bank robbery would, for example, condense into a mundane weapon, while something actually leveling buildings would create a magical weapon. However, the fact that the weapons are made out of chaos is a double-edged sword; while they can become tools to truly fear, they also become more impractical and less stable as they get more powerful. Additionally, projectile weapons come with an infinite amount of ammo until they break, in the sense that she can always form another arrow or magazine out of thin air. It isn't actually certain if what she gets is random or if she can actually pick; it seems like that's pretty random itself.
  20.
  21. Instant Weapon Mastery - Simply put, she can pick up any sort of object, no matter how foreign or impractical, and know how to use it offensively. This does not, however, actually make her able to ignore any cumbersome problems with the weapon itself, though depending on what it is she may figure out a way to make up for it. It should be noted that some simple hand-to-hand weapons don't count for this unless they came out of the Chaos Condenser; she won't suddenly become a karate expert just because she puts on a brass knuckle and spiked boots. (CONSENT REQUIRED for personal weaponry)
  22.
  23. Transparent Fourth Wall - While not nearly on the same level as Deadpool, Fiorella is a bit beyond Genre Savvy and is aware of things she really has no right to be aware of. Unfortunately, the wall's still there even if it's made out of plexiglass, so she can't directly use this to interact with those beyond her realm nor to abuse this ability to find out shocking twists. Predicting cliches and literally seeing flashbacks are perfectly in-bounds, and she gets a nifty little announcer right before she fights an important villain, too!
  24.
  25. Idiosyncratic Talents - Fiorella has a lot of miscelaneous powers that are pretty damn useless but come in handy when humor demands it. Stuff like giving herself more blindspots, puffing smoke from candy cigarettes, pulling out a sign out of nowhere with completely appropriate text, etcetra. Certainly eye-raising for those not used to cartoons, but nothing too major.
  26.
  27. 4B) Fill in your character's +flaws. Flaws can be anything from physical weaknesses (kryptonite) to character flaws (prejudice, laziness, etc.). This need not be comprehensive- we don't need to know everything that's wrong with your character, and we won't bite your head off for forgetting something. We usually require at least three solid flaws on characters. These should be formatted similar to +powers, and should not exceed 4kb in size.
  28.
  29. Chaos Condenser's Drawbacks - The Condenser has a limit of chaos it can use, and it automatically uses the highest amount possible. Thus, she can't create a weak weapon while a lot of stuff is going on, and she also can't create god-tier weapons period. Also, as stated before, the more powerful the weapon, the more unstable it is. A mundane weapon will likely never destabilize, but the magical weapons become increasingly more likely to explode back into chaotic energy as they get more powerful. Finally, only one (or one set, for weapons that come in pairs) weapon can be create at a time; until the current one goes boom or breaks to the point where it dissolves back into chaos, she's stuck with it.
  30.
  31. One Trick Pony - While it's a very good trick with a lot of uses, the Chaos Condenser just doesn't really shine unless there's some actual destruction and panic going on. And ultimately, Fiorella just isn't that special beyond that. While she can still pick up practically anything and still find use for it in combat, she's not terribly strong nor durable without a chaos weapon and can't really take advantage of such talent outside of self-defense.
  32.
  33. Crippling Fear - Fiorella's just incredibly afraid of snakes, cats, and sunflowers. On better days, the fear only mostly affects her, but on others she just plain siezes up on the sight of them, especially a lot of them. Of course, the times when this fear is exploited usually causes frantic flailing about with a heavy blunt object...although it's a crapshoot whether she'll swing at the actual exploiter or everything else.
  34.
  35. Poor Grip on Reality - When you're born 365 times and still just one person, your mind tends to get blurry on how to actually distinguish what's possible and what's supposed to be impossible. While this means she easily accepts odd things (unless she doesn't), her memory's basically a slag pile and she can easily get confused when her past is brought up. She also has the tendency to think what she imagines is actually real, much to the chargin of anyone who asks her what she thinks of them.
  36.
  37. Overconfidence - Really, that's all that needs to be said. While she can certainly back it up at times, Fiorella has no problem thinking she can beat down a giant death robot with a mundane wooden stick. Needless to say, she can't.
  38.
  39. 5B) If a +themelisting does not already exist for your character, you will have to write one yourself. This should be a concise description of the universe from which the character comes, and if it is a modified/non-canon theme it should usually explain how it diverges from the original.
  40.
  41. C. Character Information
  42.
  43. 1C) Describe your character's personality. What is their outlook on life, and what motivates them? What do they find irritating, and what kind of hobbies do they engage in? Why are they in the faction they're in, and why would others enjoy RPing with this character? This is the most important part of the application - you don't have to write an essay, but you do have to give us a solid feel for the character.
  44.
  45. Rather appropriately, Fiorella is a pretty chaotic young lady. She's primarily cheery, brash, and fairly excitable, as well as always ethustiastic to beat down others, especially in stylish and showy ways. Despite this, she has a fairly strong sense of morals which sometimes disagrees with the law, but is still far from evil or even neutral. When in a more social setting, she's fairly emotional and can be extremely direct, though despite usually lacking subtility can still snark pretty well at cliches. In either case, she can be fairly strange; aside from her partial medium awareness, she's fond of metaphors, non sequitirs, and is fairly imaginative. She can also seem completely unaware of things that are nearly impossible to not notice Ultimately, though, she just wants to have fun, and her various minor abilities are often used to make gags.
  46.
  47. Fiorella isn't some tragic hero who has a past that makes her fight for good; she simply loves the multiverse and doesn't want it taken over by people who would ruin it. Nor does she simply want worlds destroyed. Mentioning how her modus operandi is contradictory to that pisses her off rather badly, even. As mentioned before, her morals don't always go hand-and-hand with the laws, caring more for what's right rather than what's correct. She can actually be sympathetic to a bank robber who's only doing it to support his family...although that won't stop her from smacking him around.
  48.
  49. 2C) Give us the major points of your character's background. Please bear in mind that staff may not know about your character or their series, and probably isn't as enthusiastic about it as you are. We want to know how your character ended up where they are, but not about the flu they caught last week- so please keep it concise.
  50.
  51. To most people, Fiorella's past is completely incomprehendable, at least her first few years. There's a good reason for this; namely, on the year of her birth, she was born on every day. On each individual day, she was created in her world. How this happened is completely unknown, but despite this there was only one of her. Despite being thrust into the world at different times and different places, she only existed once. There was no disappearances, there was no temporal disturbances, there was no inexplicable cloning; there was just her, and her 365 births.
  52.
  53. But how does a world handle such a thing? Very well, it seems. As if this was an everyday occurence, reality held itself together perfectly fine. Sure, how the hell 365 individual couples could share a daughter and not have any of them notice something amiss is incredibly mystifying, but the strangeness surrounding the girl went completely unnoticed by everyone...except her. Alas, whenever she tried to explain this, she simply got patted on the head and told to go play with the other children or in traffic.
  54.
  55. There was more that bothered her; the hustle and bustle of life gave her a strange and chaotic feeling in her gut. She was never certain of what it exactly was, but she felt more aware because of it. She seemed to know things she shouldn't possibly be able to, but it was an awareness that was only partially there.
  56.
  57. Until a super villain found her city and started tearing it up.
  58.
  59. Suddenly, the city was in chaos. The villain was destroying the unprepared city, causing havoc and panic everywhere with each thing he destroyed. Something in Fiorella clicked. It was something so vague that even she didn't know what it was, but despite that she walked right up to the villain, ignoring the screams, ignoring the fleeing crowds, ignoring the ravaged scenery. The man was surprised by this, but only laughed; what could a girl like her do?
  60.
  61. Then he got smacked around with a hammer made out of the same havoc he had caused. Poetically.
  62.
  63. Finally, Fiorella connected to her chaotic roots. The girl who truly owned the body had awakened, and she did so violently. She singled-handedly defeated the man, leavening him broken but not dead. The hammer was tossed away, and the girl looked around, seeing the world as it was for the first time. It was far different from what she used to know, and only a small part of something even larger. But despite the revelation, she only grinned.
  64.
  65. She /liked/ how it really was.
  66.
  67. 3C) (OPTIONAL) If you wish, include a short sample pose for the character. If you include it it should be at least 150 characters long, should include both action and dialogue, and should not focus on how badass your character is in combat. It is suggested that you do this as this sort of thing usually helps, as opposed to hurting your application. If you want, you can make this an entire short RP. It should reflect something typical your character might do.
  68.
  69. 4C) Please put your desired power level (or alternatively a range that you would feel acceptable) here. Any power level higher than 30 requires justification. Power Level 36 is the maximum that can usually be received during chargen. Though up to 38 (and no higher) may be requested, exceptional justification will be expected and even then it will probably not be approved.
  70.
  71. 28
  72.
  73. 5C) Finally, any other data pertinent to your character should go here. This may be left blank. Note that if you plan for your FC or OFC to be married at some point in the future, or are planning on having your character defection to/from a faction, or any other such action that might require administrative permission, INCLUDE IT HERE NOW. The best way to get to do what you want is to note it here well in advance.
  74.
  75. The Chaos Compresser does not create things on the fly. Rather, it has a tiered library of weapons it can create. While it can occasionally expand, it only does so when she isn't specifically doing anything. (read: no I'm not going to request adding something new added to the list during a scene so I can pull it out in it, that'd be silly)
  76.
  77. Tier 0
  78. Everyday weapons, or at least non-magical. From shortswords, to spears, to pistols, any sort of regular weapon could be made from this tier. Technically, it's three tiers, going from simple (quarter staff, spear, whip), intermediate (sword, mace, bow and arrow), to complex (firearms, crossbows, modern explosives), but the difference between the chaos needed isn't a significant as the others. Really, any minor crime will let her bring out a club, while something like an armed but mundane bank robbery will let her pull out something like dual pistols. These weapons are the most stable and decently durable, though they break more than a bit faster than their regular counterparts.
  79.
  80. Tier 1
  81. This is when people actually are getting killed or if something more than minor damage is occuring. The first of her magical weapon tiers, they're still pretty stable and durable, although they're more suited for single targets.
  82.
  83. Rageblade: A flaming sabre with a short, curved blade that has saw teeth on the blunt end. It's around the length of a gladius. Aside from being on fire, it also grants the wielder slightly enhanced speed on each strike, up to a cap. This effect degrades if the wielder can't strike anyone after a few seconds.
  84.
  85. Scarlet Hammer: A large-headed, red hammer linked to a red chain. Linked to the wielder's wrist, and made of their blood. Not to worry, though, it boosts strength a bit and increases blood regeneration by a lot. Theoretically, the chain could extend forever, but usually it'd degrade before before the blood regen could get it to rediclous lengths. Tends to make the wielder feel rather anemic before the blood regen kicks in, needless to say.
  86.
  87. Mifune: A large quiver of katana that scatter about the place, creating basically a bounded field. Being in this field will boost agility by quite a bit, in addition to allowing teleportation between inert katana, though this kicks the targetted one into the air and makes it unable to be used as part of the boundary.
  88.
  89. Druid: A thick stick, still with bark on it. It has the ability to grow and lose limbs on command, and is even somewhat aware, sometimes blocking attacks that would've otherwise taken the wielder by surprise.
  90.
  91. Singing Sword: A plain-looking long sword, despite what it's based on. While it doesn't grant any bonuses, it does operate like a sort of vibroblade. When activated, it starts humming a beautful song and virbrating with high-frequency vibrations. While, oddly enough, it doesn't actually let the thing cut though people easier, it certainly does have a fantastic time cutting through mundane materials like stone and metal. A person's aura is known to supress this effect on things they are wearing or wielding, however, especially with more unique things.
  92.
  93. Steve: A smart phone. Or, rather, a smartass phone. While he's poor when he's used for damage, he can transmit illusions over an area that tend to be very hard to discern from what's really happening. Can only replicate sight, sound, and smell, though. Also, he talks.
  94.
  95. Snape: An overly long throwing spear with an iron tip and a wooden shaft. It'll return back to its wielder after being thrown until it breaks, effectively leaving any wound it makes free to bleed.
  96.
  97. Tier 2
  98. About when major property damage happens. A mix of single target and total destruction, this is basically when the more crazy stuff stops popping up. Still decently stable and durable.
  99.
  100. Mirage: A fancy-looking onyx sword, the blade itself isn't anything too interesting. However, each slash launches an illusionary projectile blade that homes in on the target slightly, which slashses as well as a normal sword and it doesn't have to do so with its blade. Short range for a projectile, but very, very spammy.
  101.
  102. Carnage: A modern looking lever-action shotgun. If that doesn't sound special, it shoots rockets. About four rockets - none of which are small enough to actually fit in the barrel - are shot whenever the trigger is pulled. This thing has a tendency to degrade four times as fast, though, but it doesn't enough reloading at least.
  103.
  104. Starlance: An oaken staff, complete with the C-shaped curl at the end. Used to fire short-ranged lasers that burns organic matter. While a single one won't put a hole through a typical person's stomach, it's still pretty bad to have your organs burnt, needless to say.
  105.
  106. David's Axe: An ornate-looking hatchet, it has an effect you'd expect for whom it's named after; it just plain deals greater wounds the larger the opponent is than its owner. Note that it's wounds in particular; against non-organic masses, the axe has little to no effect. Still chops most trees down in a single swing, though.
  107.
  108. Megapunch: A metal gauntlet. While it doesn't directly boost the wielder's strength, it does magnify the impact force by a rediculous amount, fortunately only one way. This tends to cause those punched by the Megapunch to go flying.
  109.
  110. Will O' Wisp: A flamethrower, with a ghastly head ornament at the end. The flames this thing spits actually acts like a realistic flamethrower's, but with a twist; the purple flames will burn on anything, even when there should be no fuel. This means it will even burn in space or underwater. The flames will eventually die out, and don't actually catch things on fire, but they can still burn pretty nicely.
  111.
  112. Phoenix Lance: A jousting lance made out of an orange metal that has bird-like wings where the head and the shaft connect. Upon activation, it sends the wielder forward a short distance while wreathed in flames and at an extreme speed. When the charge ends, a small firey explosion in the shape of the bird is shot out that doesn't harm the wielder, though the people around her aren't so lucky.
  113.
  114. Tier 3
  115. When a couple of large buildings come toppling down, basically. These things are just a step below super weapons, but they still aren't too unstable and breakable, though they are still far less reliable.
  116.
  117. Devil Edge: A huuuuge sword made out of flesh and bone, though it's still pretty damn solid. It also weighs a ton. However, when wielded it boosts strength and durability a rediculous amount; you really don't want to run into the girl carrying this thing, needless to say.
  118.
  119. Reaver: A battle axe with four doubled-bladed heads. How is this possible? Well, the shaft is really long and plus-shaped. The wielder can control this thing's radial velocity even from a distance, which may not sound that impressive until you realize that this means it can spin incredibly fast and even be used without the wielder even being near it.
  120.
  121. Flying Crane: A (apparently) limitless amount of paper that floats around the wielder. It can be shaped into any short of shape, and if that shaped as a weapon it'll usually turn out better than a regular one, though a lot more fragile. The things created by this can also be telekinetically controlled.
  122.
  123. Minerva: A long-chain flail with a light blue head. When the head strikes something, be it a thing or a surface, after being swung, several spikes of ice burst from there. Very deadly with a great amount of utility, too, although it can be tricky to use effectively since, y'know, flail.
  124.
  125. Earthshaker: An oversized, shoulder-mounted crossbow. It can collect rocks and soil and compress them into giant blocks of earth, which it helpfully catapults towards whatever it's pointing at. Convinietenly, it's automatic and will ready itself for more collection right after firing.
  126.
  127. Daedalus: A ruby pickaxe on an obsidian pole with spikes on the upper curve. When it strikes the ground, it raises up a gigantic maze around the wielder and grants her perfect knowledge about the labyrinth; striking the ground will reset the maze's configuration, although each usage will use up quite a bit of durabilty.
  128.
  129. Beethoven's Wand: A pata that actually replaces the hand beyond the wrist, it obviously cannot be disarmed without actual amputation or simply breaking it. It can send vacuum slashes that cause an explosion of sound when the vacuums collapse, often causing terrible sonic booms and ear bleeding.
  130.
  131. Tier 4
  132. City-wide destruction; at this point, there's no way to make it worse. Appropriately, these things are helluva strong. They're very unstable and even then tend to only have a few attacks in them, but they're often very capable of toppling even the most durable things in that amount.
  133.
  134. Death's Embrace: An overly large and skull-adorned scythe, it is pretty difficult to wield. It doesn't have the luxury of enhancing the wielder's strength, either. But it can be used to slash out a gigantic wheel of energy that just tears through everything. Needless to say, this thing's not really that useful in populated since it tends to just murder everyone even when it does hit its mark.
  135.
  136. Gungir: Not quite the typical spear interpretation, it's a rather large rifle with a fairly large muzzle radius, several yard barrel length, and what would be a pump if not for the fact that it isn't pump action and the grip is a halberd large head. Said head emits a red energy that cuts swathes through everything. This energy can be fired as a laser by the rifle part, as well.
  137.
  138. Riptide: A giant ship that tears through land as it travels. Its path is remotely controlled by its 'wielder.' There's not much else to say about this rediculous thing.
  139.
  140. Noble Matyr: A piece of religious symbolism that doesn't actually stand for anything in the context. Aka, a giant cross larger than Fiorella. One end is open, making it look somewhat like a cannon, but it's not some boring shooty thing. Instead, it fires a cyclic wide half-elipse of wind that's so powerful that it weathers more materials instantly. While not really handy in a outside firefight, in close quarters is can tear through a dozen men at once, easily.
  141.
  142. Pestilence: A stringless bow made out of some purple material. Notably perhaps the hardest to prevent from dealing collateral damage. While its arrows it mysteriously fires are quite the bit more damaging than normal ones, its true power is the blight that is spreads; when an arrow hits something, it infects something. While the virus quickly degrades, it spreads in a matter of seconds and makes those weaker than elites too sick to even move. This illness can last for an eternity if the virus is allowed to constantly spread as most bodies can't produce become immune to it.
  143.
  144. Agatha: A warhammer with a head the size of a gag mallet. On impact with something, the faces of head errupt into spikes, specifically at the impact area. When swung afterwards, the spikes shoot out darts that explode shortly after impact. Despite being small darts, their destructive capabilities shouldn't be doubted; the radius of the explosion is that of a typical frag grenade.
  145.
  146. Envigilator: Two huge double-edged swords connected by a chain. When one of them is activated, it splits open from the middle and fires ten flaming rocket-powered buzzsaws that fly around erratically, before lazily homing in on a random target. Thankfully, this is smart enough to tell the wielder's allies from their enemies. When both are activated at the same time, only one buzzsaw is shot from each. However, the rate of fire goes up dramatically, creating a storm of the flying terrors in an instant.
