  1. Here is a draft of the schedule:

  3.
  4. Some of the submissions are not on the schedule yet -- please check which of yours are there and which still need to be added.
  5.
  6. If you can do any spot that says "AVAILABLE" let me know. Those spots are in low demand. The spots that say "MAYBE" (weekday evenings and weekend daytime) are in short supply relative to the number of people who requested those times. If you can't do any of the "AVAILABLE" times, and would rather not stay up late or get up early before work, let me know which of the "MAYBE" times you could do. Please give several backup choices in case the first choice doesn't work out.
  7.
  8. If your run has already been scheduled but you'd rather move it to a spot that says "AVAILABLE", you are welcome to. If you have a problem with your scheduled time let me know ASAP.
  9.
  10. There is some flexibility, so if you need to fit your run into a spot where there isn't enough room let me know and we'll try to adjust the schedule.

  12. Thanks for your patience while we get the scheduling sorted out! We've managed to get the availability details from everyone now, and we're piecing the schedule together. It is quite an undertaking. We had an impressive 210 runs submitted (compared to 170 last year)! With over 9.5 days worth of content, in a marathon that is only 9.5 days long. The majority of runners had very similar availability, and coupled with the sheer number of runs submitted it has proven to be impossible to give everyone exactly the times they requested. Be we're going to do the best we can to make things fit -- thank you to the people who have been willing to do their runs at odd hours of the day/night. Our goal is to not have to cut anybody's run. We'll likely end up extending the marathon by a day in either direction (Thursday the 9th or Monday the 20th), so nobody will need to be cut.
