Talk to the Emerald Herald, light bonfire, head to FotfG
Pick up Buckler
Dupe 800 soul while waiting for the door to open
Use 800 soul while talking to Melentia, buy, Firebombs x8, bomb the wall
Send Cale back, darksign
Dispose of LG (keep at least two bombs, shouldnt be a problem though), darksign while getting souls
Buy Lifegems x10, Herbs x2, Lenigrast's Key, Soul Arrow
Get Covetous Silver Serpent Ring +1, send Melentia back
Dispose of Pursuer, warp to Bastille
Talk to Lucatiel, bomb another wall using a barrel
Warp to Majula

A-Click Herald, open blacksmith door
Pick up bones x5 and discover champions cov
Light Heide's Ruin bonfire
Dispose of dragon rider, use soul, light Tower of Flame bonfire
Send cleric lady back (use other soul while talking) and warp to Heide's Ruin
Ascetic, warp to Tower of Flame and dispose of dragonrider
Warp to Majula

TALK to Licia (use Dragonrider soul while talking) for her hood and Idol's Chime, buy Homeward, move path
Buy GRS from Felkin (use second Dragonrider soul while talking here or at chloanne)

Parrywalk the hollow and pick up token of fidelity
Light Bridge Approach bonfire, attune GRS
Parrywalk, go the the area after the bridge, parrywalk again
Get gesture from Creighton, pick up Flame Butterflies x3

Talk to Chloanne, buy SA and send her back
Grab Torch
Open Gate, get bonfire
Grab Chameleon
Dispose of Covetous Demon
Talk to Lucatiel
Take second bonfire (at windmill behind fogwall), burn windmill
Warp to Majula (attune glitch GRS with Soul arrow)

Attune SA
Dispose of skeleton in mansion
Buy Cat Ring, Ring of Whispers, Skulls x6 (use Covetous soul while talking)
Go down the well, pick up moss
Use lockstone and get whisper of despair
Dispose of rat, discover covenant, pick up lockstone

Get token of spite, dark fog and branch
Light Black Gulch Mouth bonfire
Talk to Lucatiel
Grab scraps
Light Hidden Chamber bonfire
Drop down to giants, dispose of em, bone back
A-click Gandalf, use bone while talking
Attune scraps over SA, warp to majula

20 INT (leave at least 500 souls for the basilisk if you missed/fizzled some GRS, 19 INT is enough)
Unpetrify pyro girl, talk to benhart to get gesture, pick up bones x3
Give her some clothes, send her back

Get vengarl achievement/gesture
Get Blue Clearstone ring +1 (and put it on)
Take Shaded Ruins bonfire
Loot chest (Homing Soulmass), use bone while talking to Gandalf
Warp to forked road

Shrine of winter skip
Pick up repair (Holy Water Urns if you want to go for Nash glitch), obliterate lizard and pick up Titanite Chunk x3, Titanite Slab
Dupe 5k two times while doors open
Light King's Gate bonfire
Talk to Gandalf and join covenant + put on ring
Warp back to Upper Floor

Pick up 10k soul for insane duping
Dispose of dragonriders

Talk to benhart, light Central Castle Drangleic
Get Caitha's, parrywalk stonespearguy (two jumps up, clip through wall, nine steps down ladder, three full jumps for perfect height)
SUMMON BENHART and dispose of mirror knight (caitha from now on)
Loot chest and go down elevator, dupe 10k soul four times on the elevator

Parrywalk a sorcerer and pickup fire tempest and homing crystal soulmass
Enter Undead crpyt, dupe 10k soul four times

Talk to Grave Warden Agdayne and buy Soul Spear, Soul Vortex, Warmth
Learn gesture
Get crushed eye orb (be lucky and have the guys drop prisoner tatters for SLM farm), light Undead Ditch bonfire
Warp to majula

Buy 6 large shards from Chloanne
Get Bow, some arrows, 6 shards, get caitha's to +8
16 ATT, 30 INT, attune Homeward
Dispose of velstadt
Get ring, Homeward

Warp to Tower of Flame, go to No Man's Wharf
Talk to Lucatiel, get ship
A-click Cahrillion of the fold, dispose of Flexile, Homeward

Go and dispose of dark orny
Join cov after orny and learn gesture
Homeward, warp to Ruined Forked Road
Head to Aldia's Keep

Light Foregarden bonfire
Get Soul Geyser out of the pool
Dispose of Guardian Dragon, pop souls on elevator (Guardian Dragon Soul, Dragonrider Soul, Old Dragonslayer Soul, Flexile Soul, Looking Glass Knight Soul)

Get Feather, Aerie jump
Get Bonfire ascetic x3
Pick up Petrified Egg, Crystal Magic Weapon
Get Ashen Mist Heart (talk to the dragon, don't fight him. Looking at you, Noobest), Homeward, warp to Earthen Peak

Light medusa bonfire
Dispose of medusa
Buy jester hat, gloves and all spells from Magerold (minus Soul Arrow)
Give him the Egg, discover Dragon Covenant

Dispose of the duke and pick up key
Light primal, homeward back
Burn ascetic
Get Great fireball
Dispose of spooder again, homeward back

Warp to tark (ring of whispers)
Get gesture, homeward back

Warp to Lost Bastille

Unpetrify straid (use SA for mummies), light bonfire after

Talk to drummond for his hat and learn GESTURE
Get SoaG, leave
Go to pursuer memory and talk to benhart for his gear
Warp to King's Gate

Pop Rotten Soul while King's Gate opens
Dispose of throne bros, use Sinner/Freja soul x2 while waiting for Nash
Nash glitch or just dispose of her the old-fashioned way of actually fighting a boss
Use feather to skip the waiting part
Skip cut scene, watch credits //get some food, something to drink and move around

Level 54 FTH, 30 VIT, 17 END, 10 ADP

Go to the death count statue, learn gesture, discover way of blue
Get 12K ladder + mini ladder + gesture + talk for achievement at Gilligan
Talk to Cale for achievement, homeward //seems to get rid off crushed eye orb RNG at licia
Go to Licia and buy her spells
Invade and kill her for the spell, homeward
Warp to Felkin, buy his spells, talk to him for equipment, warp to Foregarden

Talk to Lucatiel for achievement
Go to Navlaan and complete his questline (you have all items already; BE HOLLOWED)

Warp to Upper Earthen Peak

Ascetic, warp to The Mines

Ascetic once, farm until you get a drop, set up dupe glitch, if medal repeat until 30 medals, if not back to farming
On 30th medal, go to Sunlight Altar

Warp to Under Castle Drangleic, attune Sunlight Spear and attune glitch

Do final dungeon
Dispose of Dark Lurker
Talk to gandalf dude till you get cl*m*x (you need to leave his menu and engage him again, only using the "Talk" option doesn't get you there)
Warp to Undead Crypt

Dispose of Vendrick, homeward

Warp to Rotten, ascetic, dispose of him, light primal, homeward
Warp to Bridge Approach

Dispose of horsey
Join cov, buy his spells
Warp to Straid (SA for mummies)

Buy all his spells
Learn gesture
Trade all boss souls for spells > Master of Sorcery, Hexes
Warp to Majula

Make sure you have 20 pyro, 23 miracle 19 gestures (UNIQUE) [you get a few pyromancies, miracles and one gesture from chancellor in NG++]
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERY SINGLE SPELL EXCEPT Great Magic Barrier, Bountiful Sunlight, Wrath of the Gods, Great Chaos Fireball

Do NG+ as in normal Any% (but kill Guardian Dragon instead of skipping him, damage makes it fast enough)
Kill nash > NG+
