Enter the Sunflower meeting room (also known as the Temple) and move to the study corner in the left/back side of the room.
Among the things stored here, you will find a glossy rectangular box with a latch. Bring it in front of you on the desk and open the lid by undoing the latch. Inside you will see a dagger. This is an illusory image. Study the dagger, meditate on it, feel it, until your perception changes and you see it as a material artifact.
Reach into the box and take the dagger out. This is now your own dagger. Close the lid of the box, lock it properly and put it back.
To activate the dagger and make it solid, find a suitable target, throw the dagger at the target. If successful, you will feel a magnetic force enter the dagger, locking the blade in place. Its power can now be felt like a contained charge.

How to enter the meeting room

If this is difficult or previouvly unknown to you, follow these steps:
Visualize a greek style gazebo with pillars and a dome. You may place it on a meadow, in a park or garden or in a field of sunflowers, whichever you feel comfortable with.
Enter the gazebo. If you are unable to visualize this step, go through the following procedure, otherwise skip the next part.

Visualize Yuuka Kazami of the touhou game series. If you lack access to images of her, visualize a woman with green hair, white blouse, red checkered vest and a skirt in the same color and pattern. She may carry a parasol and stand in a field of sunflowers.
Make the image positive and into someone you feel good about. Bring up your positive feelings in your chest area and project them at the image of Yuuka. Do this until you receive an emotional feedback. Present a request for guidance to her, asking her to take you to the meeting room (temple).
Relax and let the visualization flow without interfering and Yuuka will now guide you to the meeting room. Thank her and get on with your business here.

After entering the gazebo, visualize a round wooden table in the middle of the room inside. This is a magical place so you may find it to be a large room complete with wooden plank floor and walls, despite it being inside a gazebo. You will be able to find some common artifacts on the table and a bathtub for cleansing baths in the back of the room. There may also be a kitchen area and a relaxing space with a couch.
