  1. Q: What is 131 Jiggy?
  2.
  3. A: The goal of 131 Jiggy is to collect every Jiggy in the game. There are 131 Jiggies in the game.
  4.
  5. Q: Why not call it “All Jiggies” then or something like that?
  6.
  7. A: While yes, that might make the name a bit clearer... I just think 131 Jiggy sounds cooler. Also I'd hope the category name would give a clear implication that there are 131 Jiggies in the game.
  8.
  9. Q: Is there a route?
  10.
  11. A: Yes, here's the route: https://pastebin.com/BJBag709
  12. -and here's a list of route changes since my 3:28 IGT PB
  13.
  14. Q: How low do you think this category can go down to?
  15.
  16. A: No clue honestly, but if I had to guess I'd say it would be in the 3.5 hour range.
  17.
  18. Q: Wait, doesn't any% take less then 2 hours? You get 75 Jiggies in that category AND Spiral Mountain! That's already 84 Jiggies right there since you get 7 Jiggies in spiral mountain AND 2 Trophy Thomas Jiggies!
  19.
  20. A: Yes but one thing to point out is that a lot of the missions not done in Any% are REALLY REALLY slow. For example there's a mission in Banjoland 2 where the goal is to put a bunch of soccer balls into a goal area. To get the trophy you only need to put 10 balls into the goal, which with a vehicle using an admittedly lacking design took me around 1.5 minutes. But the mission itself takes 3 minutes no matter what you do and unlike some other missions you can't stop the mission by reaching a certain score.
  21.
  22. Q: Why not run 100% instead?
  23.
  24. A: For starters, there are 1900 notes in the game you have to collect, and while they are for the most part cluttered in groups, it'd still be really obnoxious to have to collect every single one. Unlike in Kazooie and Tooie, notes in this game have physical properties. Meaning, They can sometimes be pushed not only through items such as suck n blow but sometimes they'll also be touched by the vehicle without immediately registering as being collected. That would get really obnoxious really fast.
  25.
  26. In addition, there are a large number of Jinjo missions in every act, and by doing them you get a Jinjo Token for use in a minigame in Showdown Town. While most of them are probably really short, that time add ups, I'd have to estimate that optimally at least an hour would be spent just doing the missions. The length isn't so much the bothersome part though, it's the fact that as far as I know, once you do a Jinjo Missions the Jinjo is gone from that spot forever. Meaning you can't really practice it without having a save file on a memory card that has no jinjo tokens collected but easy access to every act. Then every time you finished a mission in practice you'd have to exit the game, go all the way into the xbox settings menu and copy the file over, then re-enter the game and the stage.
  27.
  28. The worst part about 100% is thanks to one mission in Terrarium 2. Remember the Saucer of Peril from Banjo Tooie? It's back in this game and worse then ever. At least, getting the Trophy for it is a nightmare. In 131 Jiggy however while you do get Jiggies for every 4 Trophies... there's 97 Trophies in the game, meaning you can skip 1. Guess which one I'll likely be skipping.
