1. Assume any bias is the product of and is synonymous with total caprice. Especially historical bias, almost nobody will know you're full of it then

2. Assume any judgement cast on a group is discrimination which causally keeps that group down.  Rather than something more complex. Promote a cavalier disregard for standards for this reason

3. Make exception in the above items when the rationale is sufficiently "woke" because you arent objective, just a slave to intellectual fads
