We received the hard copy of your Contract Appointment Letter from ADNOC Schools U.A.E with a Job Ref Number AD/AE-J2E/0-081/2018 subsequently, I am particularly interested in securing this Contract documents from my office because they have issued a notice instructing me to process the Expatriates necessary documents.

Here is the U.A.E Resident Visa Requirements .

Your entry Residence Visas are available upon arrival to U.A.E Airport, this includes those who hold Residence visas in their passports or entry stamps from other countries but the U.A.E MINISTRY OF INTERIOR will issue you Resident Visas Clearance papers which you must present to the Abu Dhabi International; Airports on your arrival for your Job start date.

All expatriates who intend to live and work in U.A.E must obtain his/her valid UAE Work Visa Residence Permit Requirements including U.A.E Labour Card clearance papers in various categories with respect to their contract engagements; the necessary documents will have to embrace the approval of your relevant entire Contract documents.

Your Employer, the ADNOC Schools U.A.E will undertake your Flight Ticket fees (Business Class) once they confirmed your Residence permit including U.A.E Labour Card, Family Emirates ID Cards clearance papers receipt which will cost you below:

(a) Resident Visa Fee: - $200 US Dollars
(b) Work Permit Fee: - $405 US Dollars
(c) U.A.E Labour Card Endorsement Fee:- $295 US Dollars
(d) Security Deposit Fee: - $400 USD (Refundable once the applicant Exits out of U.A.E)
(e) DHL Courier Fee: - $150 US Dollars

For Single Visa will cost Total Fee:: $1,450 US Dollars (To Be Paid Per Applicant)

For Family Visa will cost Total Fee: $2,680 US Dollars (To Be Paid Per Applicant).

Applicant are required to scan and send us all copies of the below required documents and send the payment receipt,

* Complete filled U.A.E Visa Application Form.
* An address reachable by courier services.
* Original International passport copy bearing applicant face. (Data Page)
* A Copy of Payment Receipt for U.A.E Visa / Work Permit fees.
* One (1) passport sized photographs of applicant.

We shall send you our Bank Account Details when you're ready to send the Fees.

After the payment, scan and send the fees payment receipt along with complete filled U.A.E Visa Application Form, Original International passport copy bearing applicant face (Data Page), One (1) passport sized photographs of applicant and An address reachable by courier services.

This will enable us commence and finalize your necessary U.A.E Visa/Residence Permit and your U.A.E Labour Card clearance papers as you reach out to our contact for immediate procurement of your requisites travel documents including with other supporting documents in record time.

This process will take about five (5) – (10) working days, then make sure to receive a copy of your Resident visa Clearance papers by email and reachable Address from us before your departure to U.A.E the Original visas will be collected at the airport in the United Arab Emirates on your arrival.
