commissions terms of service

-commissions are on a first come first serve basis

-requests are not final until deposit is received

-do not try to barter with me to lower the price of a commission. i will not accept any payment lower than what i list. however, if you wish to pay more as a tip or if you want something extra, that's greatly appreciated (it's not required at all, but thank you)

-requests are prioritized in the queue based on when payment is received (client a pays a day before client b, client a gets their request done first)

-art will be posted onto my social medias when finished, if you do not want your request posted, you must let me know in advance

-i strictly only do sfw requests. no nsfw requests of any kind, even if it's not directly pornographic (sfw fetish art, artistic nudity, etc)

-i also am very strict on requests depicting bigotry and dehumanization of minorities. those will be immediately turned down and you'll be blacklisted

-i have the right to turn down a request for any reason, please do not pester me about why i turned your request down or you'll be blacklisted

-i can draw anthros/furries, animals/ferals, simple to mildly complex backgrounds, light / mild gore (including candy gore and body horror), fanart, custom designs, and simple mecha stuff (i.e: prosthetics, simple mech creatures, etc)

-for custom designs, please be specific with what you want. this includes character species, aesthetics, colors, outfit (if character needs one) and anything else you deem essential. send me a moodboard or a few pictures of the design's aesthetic for me to get a better idea of it if possible

-i cannot draw humans or complex mecha stuff. if given an overly complicated design, please note i will simplify it to a degree. if you want a human character drawn, i can draw them as a furry if you're fine with that. if that's the case, please tell me the species you want them to be

-understand that i may take some creative liberties with your piece and try to make it unique. some of these ways include experimental art styles, databending, and editing in paint.net. let me know if you want some specific type of editing in your request. examples of this include patterned overlays, adjusting various filters, glitch effects, and simple + complex patterned backgrounds. do not ask me to draw your request in a very specific style, however.

-please provide visual references for the character(s) and pose(s) you want the character(s) to be in

-do not sell merchandise with my art on it in any way

-be patient with me. i'm a student in school and i have things going on in my life that may affect when a piece is completed. however, i will make sure to get the work done as soon as i can if something comes up

-if i make a mistake in a piece, let me know as soon as possible and i'll fix it right away

-i'll be sure to be in contact with you during the process of creating the piece, meaning i'll send you various works in progress and if something comes up, i'll let you know if your piece will be delayed. because of this, please do not spam me asking when it'll be done. once again, i have a life outside of producing art

-i only give refunds if i'm mostly unfinished with the piece. after it's past half way done, i'll no longer give you a refund, sorry
