The pale, skinny boy gives a quick glance toward his team mates, he's fairly publically displayed his abilities and doubts there'll be any real confusion regarding them so instead just opts to act. His breathing is soft, almost still, shedding his previous excitement in favour of a calm focus, prepared for battle. He opts to start things off with a single hand seal, backtracking up to the point where he's nearly against the cliff face. He'd rather not give the three a chance to gain momentum and so after focusing his chakra toward the opposing squad, causes an illusion of swirling feathers around the kirigakure shinobi, causing a feeling of drowsiness, the precursor to slumber. [Targetting all 3 Kiri nin as per recent ruling, 1 tile movement] (REPOST)

 He never thought he'd think this. That was until now, the boy unfocued, but that didn't mean he was safe. There was a sudden glimpse in his vision as the genjutsu begins to effect.

 It was an ability utilized against once before by his own Mizukage. It had taught him to be prepared. The boy's hands raised in preparation to negate the ensuing drowsiness as instructed.

 Looking towards his teammates he shouts, raising his normally subtle voice to an outcry. "The both of you- Use Kai now. It's a genjutsu!" He exclaims. Moving back as he grits his teeth, going through the required process to free of himself before lethargy creeped upon him.

 He hoped they could do the same. If not. . . Mm.

Nuigetsu takes a step forwards only to watch the trio in front of to begin to take action! His smile remained only for a set of swirling feathers to show floating down from above!

"Feathers? That is prett---" He pauses as he listens to Hao's shouting as he immediately brings his hands together to form a single seal. "Kai!" He says as his chakra would swell up around him, dispelling the genjutsu that surrounded him. "Genjutsu huh? That is some pretty cool stuff!" He says only for now a giant shuriken to be hurled in his direction!

With a quick unsheathing of his Odachi, he utilizes it to deflect the large shuriken before charging forwards, eyes focused on the Genjutsu user in the back.

"Here I come!"

Suddenly, feathers began to formulate in his vision- quite a peculiar site to see though the vision was mostly focused on the two running in from of them. Attempting to take a step forward before off setting his own balance somehow. He felt his eyes get slightly heavy and his knees buckle. His eyes motioned over towards the third member of their trio and recalling the handseals he had weaved- knowing the Mizukage for normally using this technique. The boy curved his teeth over his bottom lite before biting down heavily, a small but study stream would pour from them onto the ground as the sense of drossiness was lifted.

Blinking a few times and shaking his head back and forth as he would focus on the two in front of him now, he’d notice the kunai sailing towards him at moderate speeds- lurching forward in a dash as he lifted his forearm in front of himself. Allowing the kunai to clash with the extreme density of the bones below. The kunai would go sailing off into the water below before Eichi closed the distance between him and the woman. Sending a fist towards the center of her chest.

The pale, skinny boy feels he has a fairly good idea of who if fulfilling what role by this point, a plan forming in his mind. With the Kaguya under and out of action, it leaves only one course of action in his mind.

Switching away from genjutsu for the time being, Hoseki opts to bring out the big guns, weaving a series of six hand-seals before turning his aim toward the pale austere boy.

"Can one of you tie up their swordsman?" he requests toward his team-mates, many other things he'd rather deal with.

"Fuuton, Shinkudama!" he yells out as he exhales a vacuum ball toward the boy at the back, while backing away a little more.

Barreling towards him was a vicious wind jutsu, to which he had no real defense. Between defense, and offense- he'd choose defense.

 A burst of chakra done in a near reactive manner propels him into the air, resulting in his being airborne. Such speed is done in an attempt to evade, but for the sake of added security, the boy attempts to weave the required seals to make use of the water around them to bolster his defense.

 Conjuring a near boundless amount of water, he condenses it into a sphere to submerged in. Holding his breath with a quick gasp, he'd try to maintain it in order to handle the brunt of the assault aimed at him.

 (C+ Power, Uitilized as defensive clash. Elemental Mastery available as applicable. B- speed due to the deduction caused by Turbulent Airflow.)

Eichi started the chase behind the girl, but the effects of the technique slowly began to set in on him- he stood stiff with his eyes set low, unmoving. A bit of drool seeping from his mouth as he hunched over.
Nuigetsu watches as the fuuton technique is blasted passed past him and towards Hao! This wasn't good... It seemed they were all aiming for him! The black-haired teen heads back in the direction of her team hopefully not running into any unfavorables on the way.
The pale, skinny boy slips his ink and brush out from the inside his jacket, sketching out a self-portrait. He forms a single handseal before channeling his chakra into the scroll, causing the image to emerge from the paper, forming a clone of himself made from mere ink which stands out in front of him, giving him cover.

He stays alert, and still other than this.

The athletic looking boy sighs as it seems he has run nto the jutsu that he was told about. Though neer did he think that he would see it in person. The male began to move throughout the mist as he looks towerd whee he ahd seen the male last.

Nuigetsu comes down from the mist and lands on the side of the mountain as the mist sets in! He immediately runs northwards, grabbing the sleeping Kaguya as he did so! His body was one with the mist, clouding his footsteps as he moved deep within it.
Nuigetsu just lands on the ground.
Yuki, Hao says: looc
The mist rolls in!

 Under the guise of the hazy thicket, he moves through the mist. Adding to it with his own actually. He empowers it, moving forward in silence. He focuses his ears- awaiting sounds of movement, picking up even the slightest breath.

 ..The Silence encroached.

The black-haired teen would just walk further away now seeing Chikara in her immediate vision. She would assume that her other squadmate was in the area and head what she assumed was due north! A powerful turn indeed.

"Ah nice to see you Chikara. Doing well I hope?"
The athletic looking boy moved north as well. He wasn't aware of his surroundings and was unable to do anything aboit it it seems. The male made sure to scan his surroundings as he saw Housenki come into the picture.
The pale, skinny boy backs up with both himself and his clone, he reasons that a jutsu must be using chakra, and chakra is a finite resource. He simply waits, staying alert and keeping ready for an opening.

Nuigetsu grins as it was now his time to shine. He didn't need to sustain his mist any longer as he saw that another set of mist had rolled in, covering his own! The jutsu was released as he speeds through the environment, being one with the mist. Using his ears, he picks up the location of the enemies, detecting the perfect place to strike!

And once he was within the location, it was time.

Removing his Odachi, a giant cleave come out, striking at all three in front of him, including the clone, from behind! He unsheathes his Odachi and in a sudden slash, he aimed to cleave through all three of them in one swoop! He would remain silent while doing this, taking advantage of the mist to cover his strike and get the strike from behind!

The pale, skinny boy finds himself regrettably unable to to react to the swordsman's blow, under normal circumstances perhaps things may have been different, but with the nimble footing of his attacker and the obscuring mist he's caught entirely off-guard. As the odachi strikes both he and his clone, Hoseki falls down to the ground with a large slash across his chest, unconscious but very much alive. His ink clone merely melts away into lifeless ink which fades into the ground.

The athletic looking boy found himself being striked by the sword. there wasn't much he could do about. His body was durable but he wouldn't be able to take a hit from that kinda strike so it seemed. The male fell foward as he had a large slash on his side. He didn't see the male coming until it was too late.  The male fell foward and it seems he was also down for the count.

The black-haired teen is struck by blade and slashed across her spine. The pain being too much for her to continue on. Seems the mist had bested them.

The athletic looking boy still couldn't see too much of what was going on the male knew he had to get away and had to stay on the move. For now he would charge chakra to his soles and leap into the sky trying o get a view of what was going on..though of course he couldn't see. Not much he could do either.

Eichi snapped awake, his brows curled into- he had been put to sleep. Though he awaoke to the sight of- nothing. The mist had been activated around him and even though he had just woken up this technique was a second home to him. His ears twitched as his sense of hearing overtook his sight. Eichi began to dart towards the targets position.

Nuigetsu sheathes his Odachi as he looks at the two downed shinobi in front of him before he reaches down. Where most people from Kiri take their enemies teeth or fingers, he only wanted one thing... Their headbands.

"Sorry you two! To be honest, I thought you almost had us there. I made sure not to do enough damage to kill either of you anyways because I would love to fight you guys again!"

And with those words, he would swipe both of their headbands before looking southwards towards the mist. He wondered how the others were doing.
Yuki, Hao sustains the mist, though he moves in silence this time amongst it. A blur of white had whizzed passed him- his comrade was awake, and probably angry.

 Leaving them to their devices. Following the brown haired boy's voice he shifts over to them.

 Standing over the defeated, he lays his attention on the pale skinny boy first. Meticulously picking out the senbon left in their frame, he'd turn them over slowly if need be in order to retrieve in a safe manner that would cause anymore bodily injury.

descends and continues to move down south. He moves foward thinking he was safe but instead he runs into the Kaguya. Strattled adn unable to think clearly, the dirves foward with hsi elbow attempting to crash into the male and send him flying away.

Slowly he would walk forward in a lurched position, arms swaying from side to side with each step. The Kaguya’s eyes were dead-set on the boy, unmoving from their target even though he could not truly see him from the mist. As he motioned towards the boy, he made his way into the vision of the boy, knowing he’d more than likely startle the boy- appearant by his sudden use of the elbow technique. Eichi would make no motions as the boy came forward. Allowing the elbow to connect with his frame with all of it’s power. With the lack of distance, they were now eye to eye, dangerously close at that.

"You have the spirit of a warrior…. "

The boys skin began to etch and crackle with a sickly audio, pointed tips pushing against his skin before bursting through the flesh. The points looked to pierce and skewer the boy who stood next to him- leaving him severely damaged but Eichi knew mercy, he knew control.

"But spirit…is not enough."
