NullDC Set Up:
For this set up I recommend using Radmin VPN to make everything easier
Load up Radmin VPN, click the network tab and go to "Join an Existing Network"
Click join an existing network and for network name type "PJServer" and password is "justice"

Now for the set up:
1. Load up Nulldc.Bear.exe in a separate folder.
You should be greeted by the Microsoft word paperclip offering to give you instructions (TELL ME ALL THE THINGS explains what everything does, if you want to just plug and play, click "yus"
2. Type in your name and leave the port number alone and click next.
3. Now to map your buttons, just set your buttons to whatever and you're set.
Just a reminder the layout is 123 so 1 is light punch 4 is light kick or however it translates to whatever game you're playing

4. If you did everything right you should click refresh and see people. If not, check your firewall settings and make sure it's not blocking radmin or the launcher and try again (click the big green button regarding firewall access in the options). There could also potentially be no one on so don't panic too much.
5. If you want to host, click on someone and click challenge. It will tell you what game you want to play them in.
6. After they've accepted you'll see an option for delay, click the suggest button for the game to pick a suitable delay for you.
