If he's willing to get help:

2. Counseling services. 18443096385 is the intake line for outpatient services at bluebonnet trails, the local mental health authority. you don't need health insurance. they take all income and ages.

If he's unwilling to get help:
1. You could get in touch with the police and request something called a welfare check. This won't get him arrested, as it's a civil process.
2. If you think he is in serious immediate danger, hospitalization against his will is the last option-- it requires a mental health warrant and it's a legal process.
