I took some time deliberating on this, primarily due to recovering from a post vacation sickness and having to reread the debate several times over, but I am going to give the win to China.

First off, fantastic on the tables. Easy to breakdown and digest. Easy points of comparison and verification and A to B from "my character has this objective" and "they do objective by means of X".

Hoppy makes good points throughout, though some are certainly verbose and often "overdoing it" in a sense. I feel a lot of the times, multiple scans should be condensed into one point rather than making 4 different points that ultimately have the same objective in mind.

China however does a bit better job at deconstructing his opponent's advantages, namely their durability and speed which I think is essential to this round as its very rocket-taggy. I do see a world of possibly ties or a lot of mutual deaths.
