current:

11.18 + 10.38 + 1.92 = 23.48

late:

12.20 + 9.42 + 7.55 = 29.17


29.17 - 23.48 = 5.69

does not account for the fact that hp late could skip mask transitions by staying human for the rest of sakon's hideout, however the time lost to these mask transitions is easily strictly bounded above by 3s which is still significantly less than 5.69
