Known as /vg/'s most autistic general, /reg/ was initially born on July 1st, 2014 after a series of nostalgia threads on /v/. It proceeded to last around twenty days through around eleven threads and eventually the threads slowed down to a crawl. After the threads died, /reg/ continued to survive through a Skype and Discord circlejerk. Through the creation of several robloboomer memes and the news of a little girl getting gang-raped in Roblox reaching the front page of BBC, there has been enough interest in Roblox to start up a new general. Let's hope it doesn't die this time.

What is ROBLOX?
ROBLOX is a virtual building game platform created in 2005 by a bunch of boomers from California. Most of us played when we were younger, back in 07-09 -- since then the game has been developed much more, and now people are able to make FPS, ASSFAGGOTS, RTS, Hack 'n Slash, and more. Roblox's worth has also exceeded 2.5 Billion dollars, which is more than what Microsoft bought Minecraft from Notch for. Also, you can make thousands of dollars a year developing your own game if you're popular.

Why do you still play this children's game my nephew plays?
Because it's fun with friends and you can make money from it now shut up

About /reg/
After four years several members worked their way to fame and fortune and have actually made some feasable dough from Roblox. There are also several members in /reg/ that actually work for Roblox (one's a Server Admin and the rest are former interns) and a couple others are planning on attending the Roblox Developer's Conference in San Francisco on July 11th. Our initial goal when we started this general was to become the ISIS/Avolition/Illuminati/Skull and Bones of ROBLOX, which actually might be obtainable. For the most part though we end up just hanging out and doing dumb stuff. We welcome anybody that's willing to play Roblox with us, regardless of whether or not you started playing the game over ten years ago or just recently started. Just don't be unfunny or be a gaylord thank (and we also will not tolerate any obnoxious underage b&s)
