Himari Gravity Breathing 1

[21:32] "Well, out with it," Jasper said while keeping a straight face that was soon turning into a smile as innocent as his age. "What has you feeling down? What made you leave your post in training?"

Actually curious, and albeit cautious, Jasper was. For every time something bad happens in Himari's life and he hears about it, some sort of fear sets in that they too well vanish. However, Jasper was more than capable of controlling that emotion to a fault.

[21:47] "Ah-"

Himari stared back with her hands between her legs and moved back and forth in her chair. She was tempted to avoid his gaze but she kept with it.

"I felt like there was no point in being there. It felt like Alyssa and Aki were training together and I was just there to watch. It felt disgusting and rude."

[21:48] "Ah... they're a couple, aren't they?" Jasper asked, letting his eyes settle against Himari before letting it meet with the table. Fingers tap-taping on the wood as he finds it rather odd to watch something that was more of a flirt dance rather than actual training. "That's really weird, I wouldn't want to be there with them, at all when that happens."

It was also the fact that it was just damn disgusting to see two girls just... making out with public. Too many times has he saw it. "But, hey, you're away from them now so it's fine, right? How's your leg holding up?"

[21:54] "Yes, which I don't mind but we're training. This is why there are rumors spreading around about our clan..." Himari was slightly irritated by the fact but hey, what could you do against the leader who beats you down and says she was in control?

"It's been better. I can walk fine without help," she states.

[21:56] "I whole-heartedly agree; I'm not here to say that you're wrong by any capacity. It gets annoying when personal feelings come between times where training takes priority..." Jasper knows that a little too well. People are often known to be doing such a thing regardless of the horrible situations that surround it.

"That is why I often train alone, or just read a book. Can't deal with a lot of people..." His eyes then go to focus on the leg that was slowly getting better, "that's perfect. Soon you'll be as good as new and you can do your own training."

[22:08] "Now I see why my brother dislikes that aspect of our dojo. They don't think half the time but when they do, its bad thinking. Like when they attacked me and I got the full brunt of it. They all tried apologizing to me but I almost died. A simple sorry isn't going to help."

Himari starts a rant before she calmly settles herself. It was too much to go on and on about and honestly she was beginning to dwindle her expectations on those within the family. But only on two individuals.

"I'm already deciding that since they just want to do that in the midst of training, that'll I'll just take a different path. Our Uncle turned into a corrupt monster and so is she."

[22:11] The rant was well received, but what caught Jasper's attention wasn't the rant itself, but the way that they were able to calm themselves. It wasn't everyday that Jasper could meet someone that was capable of stopping themselves from ranting for so long before finding their own way of handling it. Jasper's eyes went wide.

"Well, I don't think I met someone with such discipline that they were able to stop themselves from ranting while in the midst of it all; I'm impressed," Jasper said while he nodded in agreement. "You should pave your own paths with the things the stars gave you; I could help if you want!"

[22:18] "Well, of course. I've been beaten to a point where I have to else I'll just get angry and hit something."

She leaned forward in her chair taking in his reaction for a bit and noticing his need to help which made her a bit happy.

"I've been aiming to do that since the very start. So of course, you could help."

[22:22] "Sounds good to me; how do I help?"

Jasper raised a brow in question, letting his helpful side come through it all. If someone was trying to change for the better, Jasper would be behind them a thousand percent of the way and then some. It wasn't something that Jasper couldn't say no to despite any warning signs.

He wasn't that connected to how people were, honestly. "And, will it be dangerous?"

[22:27] "Well, it won't be as dangerous as the one my Uncle teaches where you can literally die."

Himari has decided that the way of the shadows and anything related to it just wasn't cutting it for her. She didn't want to end up corrupt like the others. They'd only end up like Kirai in that regard.

"Um.. well, first I'll need to develop it differently. The way you train that one is more illusionary based. I think I might lean towards my usage of metaphysical things with my gravity."

[22:29] "Ah... that sounds really compressing," Jasper said as he lets the pun actually escape his mouth and rubbing his chin in contemplation. The development of such an ability, just how more dangerous could it be? Legends always did state that such a style with the Kirai's movements moved for assassins and those with illusions, but how would this be different?

If it's anything like Adrielle's, it'll be both disgusting, evil, and too much to handle when mastered. It was really, really interesting for the most part. "Sounds like you could just control the gravity to make you very light, and very mobile, while also having blows that make them very, very heavy; thus slow."

[22:56] Himari pretends to ignore the pun altogether. "It is but I'm sure I can do it. I'm still young and have plenty of time."

As Jasper gave her an idea on how she should develop a new style for herself, she stood up from her chair in amazement and slapped her hands against the table. "Yes!"

Eyes gleamed as she leaned in more. It was perfect. Speed and strength. It was what she aimed for when she decided on learning wind but through the idea away. "It sounds perfect!"

[23:02] "I can only assume that it would fit someone of your small stature; add more power to your strikes while making you -very- nimble. Heck, it would fit someone like me as well..."

Or, it would be if he wasn't so invested in his own style of things. It would've been wonderful, perfect even; a beautiful way to capitalize on the styles that he has as well as utilize his holy magic to a great degree. It would be -perfect- by all means.

"You have the idea, now you just need to figure out how to construct your own style, for you."

[23:19] "My stature?"

Was Himari really that small? She did see herself shorter than most except her brother but she never really noticed it unless someone pointed it out to her. She grew a few inches in the years but that didn't mean she was taller than Jasper in any way. That didn't matter. What did matter is that the idea did work towards her body.

"Nimble and quick with a good source of power in my hits. It works." Himari would look around the room and float towards the table a piece of paper and a writing untensil. She began writing as they brainstorm.

- Quick and Nimble thanks to being able to float using gravity.

- Heavy hits thanks to gravity being able to be forceful and compress.

"Alright, I think I might also utilize the same Breathing Technique as we would in the dojo and build off of that. What do you think?"

[23:22] "The bases for all things large, start small; simple breathing works."

The wonderful sight of gravity being used to make things light and let them float was amazing. Even Jasper was floating due to the expertise of the metaphysics user. Nimble and short just like Himari in many, many ways.

Though, Jasper never took it that Gravity could also make a profound effect with just paper on its own. The brainstorming of this one was a true hell of a time;

"Perhaps you can do something magical with your breathing as well?"

[23:27] "Well, the way I acquired this magic was emotionally and practical training by handicapping myself within the magic itself causing myself to be weighed down significantly. It hurt but it worked."

Himari began writing that down.

- Utilize Breathing.

It seemed like a great way to start off the moment she was fully healed and maybe she wouldn't need to join on in her families styles. It was useless and didn't fit her at all.

[23:31] "Yes, yes... that's perfect." Jasper brings his hands together in unison, satisfied with the progress that was coming from Himari's brain. It was an excellent way of actually getting magic to flow with ease. Granted, there was some pain in it, it was better than anything.

It was much, much better than the assassin's fist, which focused on sneak attacks rather than simple power and quickness. It would fit them to a key. It was also a way to break from the actual way that the family used to be. A brain new future just like Himari wanted.

[23:45] "I sort of want to train a way like that. A way that instead of one simple hidden technique that can cause someone to die."

Himari was without a doubt ready to stray from her families traditions however, she would still stay within and take over the dojo for herself once she mastered the style. Aki's control only made the clan crumble and Alyssa's presence only made her blinded by this. "I'll change the clan this way."
