#PastebinMonday 02/27/2023 In Case You Haven't Heard Edition

'Sup, doods!

That OBS Advanced Scene Switcher I mentioned last week is starting to become an obsession on its own. It does a lot more than switch scenes, let me tell you—or better yet, read where I told you in last week's update. Forget YouTube videos, tinkering with THAT has been, by far, the biggest distraction in having the tournament broadcast 100% ready for next weekend.

By the way, there is a tournament this weekend, in case you haven't heard. People will probably be training more this week for the qualifying that will start then. I, on the other hand, will have to gather info and materials to make the early broadcast commentary tolerable. We're treading new ground with this tournament. Who knows how it's going to turn out? I can't wait to finally get it going!

Today's (permanent) extra streaming goals:

Goal #1A: finalize broadcast layouts for the upcoming Tetris Attack tournament. It's 98% done.
Goal #2: catch up on SRC moderation. I've been neglecting it during my tournament prep. I should have time to catch up on all of it next week. My apologies to the handful of people whose speedruns have been in the queue. I have, like, four games that I, alone, moderate that get the occasional run submission: 10-Yard Fight, Animal Crossing: Puzzle League, Sort the Court!, and Winnie the Pooh's Home Run Derby. I promise to get to your runs soon!
Goal #5: script and record footage for my Puzzle League tutorial series. I have some scripts to touch up before feeling comfortable with moving on to recording gameplay. Maybe I do that part on stream? I still have not ruled that out. Then I will need to record my talking points and edit it all together. I definitely will NOT be able to do that on stream. I don't know if I can work on any of this during the tournament.
Goal #6: clean up my own stream layout. I am brainstorming how I want the final theming to be. I probably want to give people multiple options, maybe allow spending bits to change the look. I don't have anything written down yet. I don't expect to get to this anytime soon.
