  1. (literally RIGHT after talking to Tonatiuh)
  2.
  3. You shed wyrden demigod form and flow as a spirit through the verdant leaves, embracing the physical once more and arrive at the Glomdoring Gazette.
  4. The Glomdoring Gazette.
  5. The shadowy outline of a twisted forest casts a dark gloom here. Stacks of parchments lie here amongst the dust and dirt of the underground room, scribed with various articles concerning all Basin topics. Beside the wall is a small desk with a ledger bound in thick doeskin, detailing the newspaper inventories currently stored in this very room. A single candle atop the desk illuminates the space, its light flickering and casting odd shadows upon the walls. Beside the candle is an inkwell and quill pen to be used in scribing news articles. Almost invisible, a pooka is curled up on the ground here. Nascent Rhenna, Attendant to the Wyrd is here. She wields a golden sickle in her left hand and a silver-edged kite shield in her right hand. You may enter the NEWS from here.

  23.
  24. You say, "Not much."
  25.
  26. The pooka is a strange looking creature indeed, with four little goat legs and small goat horns on the head of a pixie. The body of the pooka is that of a tiny horse, complete with a swishing tail. The pixie face looks disturbed as he lies here, completely asleep. His body seems to alter in size and shape while one's attention is drawn away.

  51. (Glomdoring): Rhenna says, "There's a loose fae in the newsroom. It reports to be tired and struggling to stay awake, but it doesn't wish to rest."
  52.
  53. (Glomdoring): You say, "However, the pooka is asleep at the moment."
  54.

  79. Bizirik slinks in from the east, clicking and thrumming softly.
  80.
  81. Gurashi tilts his head curiously.
  82.
  83. Quietly, Gurashi An'Ryshe, the Crescendo asks, "Hi - what's going on?"
  84.
  85. Bizirik, the leothin sniffs a pooka, trying to decipher just what that smell emanating from him is.

  133.
  134. Gurashi blinks.
  135.
  136. Tridemon blinks.
  137.

  139.
  140. Faintly buzzing, Gurashi An'Ryshe, the Crescendo whispers, "Bubbles..."
  141.
  142. Rhenna opens her eyes and yawns mightily.
  143.

  155.
  156. Nascent Rhenna, Attendant to the Wyrd says, "...this fae doesn't seem to be bound to Night at the moment. Perhaps it came from Faethorn? Maybe something has happened there?"
  157.
  158. Gurashi folds his hands behind his head, looking about helplessly. "What spurred all this? Did just stumble across or did they call or help or was someone's pooka??"
  159.
  160. You tell Oracular Elexia Myeras-Silvermoon, "Do you know of any odd occurrences with the fae of Faethorn?"
  161.
  162. Nascent Rhenna, Attendant to the Wyrd says, "It seems to just have entered the room. I was busy reading the aetherscrolls, so I didn't notice much until it spoke."
  163.
  164. You furrow your brow in thought.
  165.
  166. Nascent Rhenna, Attendant to the Wyrd says, "...you know, I noticed something a while back when I was bonding fae to Mother Night. Some of the fae were dirty, and there was some comment about the quality of the water, maybe? I don't recall who or why."
  167.
  168. The bright, bell-like voice of Elexia rings in your ear, "There... There is a brownie near us, who was weary, and complaining of illness... Dazed, confused..."
  169.
  170. You say, "That is likely unrelated."
  171.
  172. The bright, bell-like voice of Elexia rings in your ear, "Are there fae simiarly distressed in your own Wood?"
  173.

  175.
  176. Nascent Rhenna, Attendant to the Wyrd says, "...oh."

  201.

  203.
  204. Gurashi tilts his head curiously at Evette.
  205.
  206. Nascent Rhenna, Attendant to the Wyrd says, "Perhaps someone more grounded or knowledgeable about healing might have further insights."
  207.
  208. Ocean waves echoing softly behind his voice, Tridemon Regalis, Keeper of Pure Waters says, "I wonder if it's related to someone else who slept for a long while involuntarily. ... Hmm, probably not."
  209.
  210. Siam tugs his chin thoughtfully.
  211.
  212. A pooka turns and continues to snore.
  213.
  214. Gurashi suddenly cants his head and narrows his eyes at Tridemon, peering at him suspiciously.

  218.

  230.
  231. Nascent Rhenna, Attendant to the Wyrd says, "...either way, I'd like to see what's going on in Faethorn and the dreaming world."
  232.
  233. Nascent Rhenna, Attendant to the Wyrd says, "I weave dreams, but I am very new at it."
  234.
  235. You say, "I believe Rhenna is one, but she is young."
  236.
  237. Evette D'Rose, The Primordial Scourge says, "I was just in Faethorn, I didnt see anything out of the usual."
  238.
  239. You say, "...it appears Serenwilde has their own fae to account for."
  240.
  241. Nascent Rhenna, Attendant to the Wyrd says, "Very young... most of my lessons have gone to druidry and influence."

  244.
  245. Nascent Rhenna, Attendant to the Wyrd says, "...I'll go check again in dreambody form. If someone can stay with this fae and another can stay with my body..."

  278. Gurashi quickly tries to stomp the apple as it runs away. "Badluckbadluck!"
  279.
  280. The bright, bell-like voice of Elexia rings in your ear, "We've a brownie, by the stage... Colourful moths have appeared in and out of existence beside them, but I'm befuddled as to what they could mean."
  281.
  282. Gurashi flails about helplessly.
  283.
  284. You tell Oracular Elexia Myeras-Silvermoon, "We've had bubbles and a legged apple."

  397.
  398. You say, "Nascent Rhenna."
  399.
  400. As nightfall steals the last vestiges of daylight, a slender leothin's muted coat begins to shine with a violaceous radiance, and a double pair of wings materializes, grandly extended as if they've been there all along.
