The primary objective of this report is to accurately describe the undergone process of conceptualizing, designing, constructing and finalizing of a business and it's assistance in knowledge acquisition and character development in a team environment. 13. The group consisted of five computer scientists, some of which were also knowledgeable on the subject of economics and management. The group environment was represented firstly by two people who design and conceptualize prototypes such as software outlook and website outlook. Secondly, two people who also worked on the theoretical and also hypothetical fragments such as user cases, scenarios, happy canvases and possible outcomes. Lastly, we had one person who would collect all of our delivered content throughout the different assessments creating a report and would finalize our product.
  14.
  15. It is important to point out the obvious differences that arose in the early stages of the development of the idea that were evidently cleared after a number of team meetings. The number of small issues came to our knowledge around the time after team formations were announced in the beginning of the term.
  16.
  17. We had a team leader who would organize meetings and would come up with ways of collaborating during difficult times when most people of the team left for their countries. The team leader would often notice shortcomings of the team such as the fact that there were members that would not be as active. It was due to anxiety of expressing their opinion but as we got to know each other, the levels of participation of each member increased which then increased the effectiveness of team meetings resulting in stronger collaboration and better results.

  36. I find it essential to mention that some of us have had an upbringing in a family of economists. However, it is because of the accessible enterprise course that my enterprise knowledge has been enhanced. Even though the concepts of human centered design and service design were not entirely new to me, the information stored in the lectures and the thorough research that my and my team have conducted throughout the course timeline helped solidify facts about the abovementioned topic and reinforced my previous perspective on the subject.
