Hisame: The Flaming Breath!

Reasoning: A lot has been happening lately that has gotten Hisame being the talk of the town. People loathe her presence and she has done dastardly things to cause the people of High Hops to wish for the day of her death. And now that Mori and Kusiri's project has been fulfilled spawning in what they now call Mochi. She's definitely strong. barely taking down Hisame with her power lowered completely. Hisame noticed how powerless she was at the moment. Nothing close what Mori and Kusiri possessed. But Hisame would know the day would come where she'd be just as strong. She was already strong to defeat three individuals of High Hops when she wanted to destroy their ship. Instead, she just killed Andre, defeated Ayli, and took Yue. After feeling such a flux of power from that event, Hisame goes out and into the dojo that belonged to Turvie. Zachary wanted to duel with Hisame for his wife. He easily failed in doing so and the next one to challenge her was Turvie. The sword wielder of Soul Calibur. It was an intense battle which, Hisame won. After winning, she didn't aim to kill him. Not this time. Instead, she broke his sword which, would then break his mind. She left afterwards now accomplishing the task of making a name for herself.

TLDR: Now that Mori and Kusiri were going on a Hiatus for a while. Hisame was going to have to pick up the slack and gain stronger power. After defeating figures of High Hops and gaining a name for herself and having people loathe her presence. She'll need to train and get stronger the next time she needed to fight.

For those who wanted to kill her. Specifically, Sherbet, Mhine, Andre, and Bridgette. She would need the power to defeat all of them. Especially a certain two that worried her the most because of how closely related they were to Turvie.
