- Removal request issued by: Web Capio
- This copyright claim was filed on behalf of Brandon White and Graceware, SL, and is fraudulent. I am requesting you provide proof of their copyright ownership or an exclusive license for the original 1999 computer game Cookie’s Bustle and to clarify their relationship with the original copyright owners, RODIK, Inc. If proof of ownership cannot be provided, I request a retraction on the copyright claim for this video.
- Your organization and specifically your founder, Mumith Ali, recently was in contact with the Video Game History Foundation over fraudulent takedown requests issued to them over the same content. Mr. Ali assured the VGHF as recently as _________ that Ukie and Web Capio have suspended DMCA takedown services for Brandon White and Graceware, SL.
