Setting The Record Straight

At first glance, everything appeared to be normal in the Hall of Origin. But if one looked closely, you could see the sheer pandemonium that was actually going on. Why? Giratina had returned from The Reverse World to explain exactly what it was he actually did over there. "Giratina" began Arceus. "As a legendary, you have duties of your own. You can't just abandon them because you have bad PR." "The balance of the Universe depends on the Reverse World being stable. Giratina, quite understandably was a bit ticked off. For the past couple thousands of years, he had been stuck in the Reverse World, only leaving it during a major crisis. Now, Arceus might be a powerful legendary, but not even he could stand against the unstoppable wrath of Giratina! ...Which promptly turned out to be major amounts of whining, attempted bribes and a petition (That nobody signed.) Eventually, he decided to just go on his own.

Unfortunately for poor Giratina, his search to find a good PR agent was somewhat less then successful. A giant, legendary dragon considered by most people to be the keeper of hell appearing in the middle of the Lily of The Valley semifinals at Lake Acuity threw the world into chaos. Pilgrimages to Spear Pillar to pray to Arceus for salvation increased, a suspicious increase of Team Rocket activity around Sinnoh, and Arceun priests found their temples overwhelmed by a large number of penitent souls for the next couple of months. And Cynthia? The first thing she did was try to catch Giratina. Needless to say, Pokeballs do not stand up to dragon fire. After apologizing to Giratina, she attempted to find out the reason for it's visit.
"So let me get this straight. You traveled between dimensions, threw the natural order out of whack created mountains of paperwork for me too fill lut and messed with the entire world...because people were praying to you for the wrong thing?" Despite sounding calm, if one looked multiple times, you could see her eye twitching "...It sounded better when I was still thinking of it." "If I get  people to stop praying to you about their loved ones, will you just go away?" Giratina narrowed his eyes. "And how would you do that?" "I'm the Champion of Sinnoh. I turned Monday into National Ice Cream Day. You think changing years of religious doctrine will be hard? You underestimate me." Giratina, a bit shaken from the extreme randomness that was Cynthia Shirona, dove into the lake and back to the Reverse World.
Of course, Arceus, not one to let such a golden opportunity pass by, dropped In to visit. "So what did we learn today?" "That women are scary." A small cough was heard behind them. Turning, Giratina's eyes widened with fear. Mew, frying pan in hand was floating with a terrifying smile. "You have yet to see how scary we can be" she said sweetly.
