I don't know what I fear
What do I think I hear?

Conflicted in my minds prison
My thoughts a colorless prism

Their friendly faces mock me
and kind words taughnt me

The enemy, is them and me
Surrounded by ones that love, they see

One restless night
Always alone

Adrenaline pumps through my legs
to stop my body begs

I keep pushing on
to run towards a new dawn

You gave me one last hug
I wrapped you all snug

Now I run
	In search of a new sun

But I don't know if I'll find
because you're always on my mind

Sunflower - 9/12/2014
Watch in the sun, the sunflower grows
Throughout the year, ever so slow
look at the bright yellow glow

Then the winter approaches
and darkness encroaches
the flower sets in gloom
for winter's doom

The the spring time arrives
and the sunflower will arise
forgotten of it's demise

you are my sunflower, my beautiful girl.
