  1. Who we are?
  2. We are an independent global firm that handles online and telephone harassment. We work closely with law enforcement agencies around the world and we have our own dedicated legal teams in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and the European Union.
  3.
  4. What we do?
  5. We handle various forms of harassment, this includes: telemarketers, email spammers, all forms of con artists and scammers such as tech support and tax scams.
  6. If you have lost money due to an online or telephone scam we provide free consultation and help you recover your funds.
  7. If you are getting harassed by unwanted calls or email spam we take action to immediately stop the party responsible and we will use the full extent of the law to accomplish this, we are fully MGG and DVR certified.
  8.
  9. Why do you need us?
  10. Statistics show a massive rise in unwanted calls and emails over the past 10 years, what makes this terrifying is that many of these are from illegitimate scammers often pretending to be with Microsoft, Apple or the IRS. It is estimated that the IRS scam has cost the American tax payer over $300 million since 2013, combined with other forms of scams globally these figures go well into the 10s of billions of dollars.
  11. Unfortunately most of these scams are overlooked by the various governments and law enforcement agencies around the world. Without strong pressure by organizations such as us there is very little your local law enforcement department will do.
  12. We offer a full money back guarantee policy if we are unable to stop the party responsible for harassing you and provide reasonable proof within 60 days.
  13.
  14. What do we need from you to get started?
  15. In cases of telephone harassment you are required to provide a number from which you have been receiving the calls along with a description of the call. We strongly suggest asking the caller for a call back number and providing us that number in addition to the number from which you received the call. If you received an automated message we also ask that you provide the number that you were asked to call in the message.
  16. We suggest that you gather as much information about the caller as possible, ask for their full name and the company they work for and tell them to put you on their DO NOT CALL LIST. If they refuse or if they continue to harass you then you should contact us.
  17. If you are receiving online pop-ups claiming that your device is infected you are required to provide the number on the pop-up, additionally we understand that it may be difficult to obtain the link of the pop-up as they often lock the browser however if you are able to obtain it then we ask that you send it along with the number.
  18. Due to the high volume of orders we are unable to process email spam at this time.
  19.
  20. How to identify scam?
  21. Remember that the IRS and CRA will never call you or demand payment over the phone. The scammers may know some of your personal information due to the fact that they often buy this information from various companies along with your number. Do not give them any additional information and do not pay them.
  22. Microsoft, Apple and other companies will not call you to inform you that your device is infected, any pop-up you receive online claiming this is also a virus, record the number and restart the device. If the pop-up doesn't go away you may have to exit it using the Task Manager. Press the Control (CTRL), ALT and Delete (DEL) keys together and then select "Start Task Manager", in the task manager select the browser in which you received the popup and click "End Task".
  23. Any company asking for payment using gift cards, iTunes cards or prepaid credit cards is also a scam.
  24.
  25. What proof do we provide?
  26. This is highly dependent on the number you provided. When it comes to scammers we will inform you once the scam call center has been shut down and you will be able to verify this by calling the number. In case a legitimate company has been harassing you we will provide you the response they sent to our Cease and Desist letter along with proof that they have been fined if this is the case and if this information can be legally obtained in the country where they are located. Additionally harassment from that number will stop.
  27.
  28. How long does it take?
  29. We will give you an estimate once you make a report, the amount of time required is highly dependent on the type of calls you are receiving. We offer a full money back guarantee policy if we are unable to stop the party responsible for harassing you and provide reasonable proof within 60 days.
