1. Isaac followed, nodding to Crane's answers to Sorin's feeble defense. He did, tie it around his mouth, however, keeping it up. "He does have a point. There's about twenty ways this could go wrong, and that's not including the ways with his ring if the data feed I got is right. Or the likely countless guards hidden somewhere, or the invisible ones Masami has on her. Also? Maybe looking like a bandit isn't the best way to go when we have to steal some people off a ship. I'm only going along with it because my reputation isn't the best anyway."
2.
3. Still, he waved off all other concerns, just wanting to get the underlying lack of sense inherent in the Solar Samurai's plan out of the way. He knew that Kira probably agreed, but she was busy scanning, not talking. Good plan.
4.
5. Finally, they came to the room. Yes, it had rather spartan decoration, albeit having necessities like two chairs, a table and night table, and a bed in addition to Rikka's compulsory, wall-built dresser (though not her vanity [pun intended]). The colors of the room were the total inverse of Rikka's others, a midnight blue with silver decorations. But he did notice certain things about the room that may have missed others' eyes. The dresser was wall-built, meaning it probably stretched into the wall. To somewhere else? Perhaps, if the extended piece from the wall was not all. A servant would not need a desk, so perhaps she wasn't as bad as she sounded.
6.
7. That aside, he was surprised by how large the room was. Most likely not by choice, but he doubted she complained. He was, however, mildly alarmed when she sat up.
8.
9. The woman seemed to have had far better days. He hadn't seen clearly, but she had bloodshot eyes, sweat on her brow, her eyes angry and crazed both. She sat up suddenly, quickly pulling her blanket and sheets around herself for decency that she proved to really have (a hint of beige kevlar shown for the briefest moment as she sat up and rearranged things herself). She looked to Crane first of all. "Damnit, Crane! Knock for once! I'm not your f***ing errand g--" She cut herself off then, for two reasons. First, he could easily throw that in her face about Rikka and even possibly Dani. Second, she saw the three people who had come.
10.
11. "You brought help," she said, relieved, to Isaac first. Then it fully dawned on her. "Oh sh**, you brought more... And you knew where I am...." She fell back into the bed at that, sighing before sitting up as Isaac spoke, looking somewhat defeated. She couldn't even keep her contract intact. It was only a matter of time until Rikka decided to fully break her into her role if this was as bad as could be.
12.
13. Isaac just tilted his head at her state of dress. "You're welcome, by the way. And yes, I knew already. I just didn't bother to tell you."
14.
15. She sighed, just falling back again. "So much for secrecy..."
16.
17. "Comes with nigh-telepathy." He summoned his omnitool to his arm, and did a small degree of typing, linking to Azumi's (not on her at the moment) and sending over his list of Rikka's spells. "Okay, I did my part. Now, Cheryl. Where is she? Tell us right now."
18.
19. "Crane gonna crow about it?" she asked.
20.
21. "...okay, I admit that one's pretty good." He decided to just go look around, walking around the room. He saw a stack of papers--
22.
23. "Nobody touch those or even look at them or interact with them at all!"
24.
25. ...right, not a good idea. Back to his search as he let the others talk.
