I am removing your sheet edit access rights for a bit, you're help is super appreciated, and something I have been grateful for, but I and others in management feel you are stressing out over mpa organizing to much, and need a bit of a break from it, for your own personal well being, and maybe to calm down some over mpa's filling or not filling, when organizing said runs and they don't fill leaving you so unhappy.

I saw the chat log between light and you, I used to think just like you concerning mpa's not filling, only thinking in 1 direction, rather than considering the feels of others, after some time and calming and actually talking to various people I had a more open outlook on why some people may not join, there is many reasons to consider rather than just thinking 1 way, light tried to contact you in a friendly manner about this, and you did not reply so well, more so in a bitter way.

I want to point out to you, Light made the eq sheet we use, do you consider this at all? He obviously wouldn't do all that effort if he had a problem.

 Many join tmpa at different times too, as there is 24 hours in a day, and you do not participate at all times you cant just assume because mpa's aren't filling when you organize that some people just never join. I myself flip my sleep around all the time and see many people play at various times, you might not see me hardly at all being on from 1am to 10am etc and assume I am not playing etc even lol.
Anyways point here is you are stressed out imo, and not happy about mpa's you try to make filling, so step a bit back and stop caring so much, as its going from wanting to be helpful, to turning into an ugly situation.

I saw you and silver both had made some remarks in team chat over people not joining, like not good comments, rather stuff that will just make other people read it and think twice on joining something if you organize in first place. Again there is many reasons people don't join, not liking people organizing or joining, wanting run to go longer, being undergeared, having friends undergeared, not wanting to follow strat, not trusting their player skill, etc etc I can't just list them all, but I do realize just trying to force people to join or make them feel like shit because they dont join is obviously not a good outlook or approach.

Please try to keep the comments out of team chat if you see people not joining, poking fun is just drama and makes matters worse.
Myself and many people really appreciate the effort you put in organizing, and later after a few weeks maybe or so I hope you would like to pick that task back up for the team, not like taking organizing away forever, not saying you did a bad job, it was helpful and appreciated, just taking it away so you can calm down a bit, you organize a lot, and I don't think its having a good impact on you atm. Just enjoy yourself, and if mpa's get organized join in.
