  1. Several pictures showing and deconstructing this censorship:

  4. As for another reason not to bother with the official Steam forums, Reddit, or Discord: I'll let these pictures speak for themselves. They're of a hysterical, emotionally unstable moderator who doesn't seem to understand the basics of how OS support works before ridiculing the hundreds of millions of people (34% of PC users worldwide at the time of writing) who use Windows 7 - that "dropping support" does not equal "dead" by any stretch of the imagination. This is only a small snippet of the insanity that goes on in these communities (for example, I left out 3+ more posts from this mod telling a user to "GET OUT" instead of simply A: reasoning with them, or B: muting them and being done with it, as it was jaw-droppingly unprofessional. This is how the mods, whether they're on Steam, Discord, or Reddit, all behave, largely because almost all of them are the same mods across all 3 platforms):

  8. And we can't leave out the Reddit hugbox, where the phrase you have to tell people most often is "You need to start fully reading posts before replying to them." This should tell you the level of intelligent discourse and maturity you can expect from these people, most of whom are likely children based on their ludicrously terrible attempts at arguments:
