  13. Frantic Research: Researcher Feature
  14. Daily – Every 5 levels gained, you may perform this Class Feature another time per day.
  15. Target: Any pokemon.
  16. Effect: Roll d20 and add your INT and WIS modifiers to the roll. If you roll higher then 15, you learn what level the pokemon is.

  18. Walking Encyclopedia: Researcher Feature

  20. Target: Anything related to knowledge you are allowed to look up.
  21. Effect: You know pokemon data, relating to pokemon in your pokedex, about move sets, type, type advantage, evolution methods, abilities, height, weight, and location. You have access to all information a pokedex would grant, immediately.

  23. While most trainers aim to be the best, Researchers aim to know the most. While they lack the physical advantage other trainers might, they have studied for many years prior to the beginning of their journey and have retained a vast amount of knowledge relating to most pokemon all over the world. They know many things relating to a pokemon’s natural moveset, their habitat, and even the location of several pokemon – just by name. A powerful trainer can help a pokemon find the power that’s inside; a Researcher knows the power that’s inside before he or she even captures a pokemon.

  27. Daily - Every 5 levels gained, you may perform this Feature another time per day.
  28. Target: A group of people
  29. Effect: Roll 1d20 and add your INT and WIS modifiers. If you roll higher than 20 you locate a person who is an expert in a natural science field of your choice.

  32. Prerequisites: Researcher

  35. Effect: You have eidetic memory and are able to perfectly recall details of anything you have witnessed, read, heard, or experienced before.

  37. Field Commander: Researcher Feature
  38. Prerequisites: Researcher, 17 INT or 17 WIS

  40. Target: Your ally’s pokemon.
  41. Effect: You may issue commands to pokemon who has not already acted on a round of an encounter. There must be understood consent from the trainer unless they are unconscious. Pokemon may only act once per round of an encounter. You still may only issue one command per round unless you have Dual Wielding.

  43. Fighting Scheme: Researcher Feature
  44. Prerequisites: Researcher
  45. Daily - Every 5 levels gained, you may perform this Class Feature another time per day.
  46. Target: Any trainer.
  47. Effect: Roll d20 and add your INT and WIS modifiers to the roll. If you roll higher then 15, your GM must give to you 3 pokemon species of which 2 are owned by the target trainer.

  49. Frantic Research +: Researcher Feature
  50. Prerequisites: Researcher, 40 pokemon identified by pokedex
  51. Daily – Every 3 levels gained, you may perform this Class Feature another time per day.
  52. Target: Any pokemon.
  53. Effect: Roll d20 and add your INT and WIS modifiers to the roll. If you roll higher then 15, you learn what level the pokemon is and 5 to 10 of its attacks that a standard one of its species would not naturally have at its level. If you roll higher then 20, you identify how much HP the target currently has. This Feature replaces Frantic Research.

  57. Daily – Every 6 levels gained, you may perform this Class Feature another time per day.
  58. Target: Your allies and their pokemon.
  59. Effect: Shift all allies and their pokemon up to X meters where X is your INT modifier or your WIS modifier.

  62. Prerequisites: Researcher, Game Plan
  63. Daily – Every 4 levels gained, you may perform this Class Feature another time per day.
  64. Target: Your allies and their pokemon.
  65. Effect: Shift all allies and their pokemon up to X meters where X is your INT modifier plus your WIS
  66. modifier.

  69. Prerequisites: Researcher
  70. Daily - Every 5 levels gained, you may perform this Feature another time per day.
  71. Target: Any mechanical object. (something sufficiently complicated to be called a machine)
  72. Effect: You know the function and purpose of the target. Roll 1d20 and add your INT modifier. If you roll higher than 17, you can reproduce a schematic that demonstrates how the core function of the machine operates. The GM determines what level of detail this entails.

  76. At-Will – One attempt per target, 2 times per encounter
  77. Target: Any pokemon.
  78. Effect: Roll d20 and add your INT and WIS modifiers to the roll. If you roll higher then 10, you identify what Nature the pokemon has. If you roll higher than 15, you also identify what Abilities the pokemon has.

  80. Trait Theory +: Researcher Feature
  81. Prerequisites: Researcher, Trait Theory, 20 INT
  82. At-Will – One attempt per target, 2 times per encounter
  83. Target: Any pokemon.
  84. Effect: Roll d20 and add your INT and WIS modifiers to the roll. If you roll higher then 10, you identify what Nature the pokemon has. If you roll higher than 15, you also identify what Abilities the pokemon has. If the target is Wild and you rolled higher then 20, you may pick the target’s Nature. This Feature Replaces Trait Theory.
