Risen speedstrats

I've found several ways to reach the very final area of the game within the first few minutes of gameplay, but I can't trigger the final boss yet. I'm hoping to figure out the necessary/sufficient conditions for preventing a softlock from happening when I try to trigger the bossfight. If it turns out that the run has to be done essentially glitchlessly, then I'm not gonna pick it up and fully route it, since it would mostly be a long walking simulator.

Things to figure out:
-- What the necessary conditions are for Inquisitor Mendoza to show up near the Titan Lord area
	-- Obtaining the 3 skulls for the Titan Lord seem to make him teleport there, but he behaves oddly.
-- How to kill Inquisitor Mendoza and obtain his Oculus
	-- He is invincible at all times and never attacks me. Can I knock him into a pool of lava?
-- How many Scrolls of Levitation are needed (I'm guessing/hoping only 1)
-- Which NPCs drop Scrolls of Levitation upon death (this involves killing random guards at the Monastery)
-- How to consistently beat the Lizard Men (so that I don't have to be a quicksave spamming shitter)
	-- The only lizard that definitely needs to be killed is the Gatekeeper. With a speedscroll I might be able to ignore the others.
