Sam Fisher- Armored Faceplate Shots

  There! A dark form, cat-like and fast, flickered into sight at the edge of Choi’s vision. Through the smoke he saw a glimpse of a pale, craggy face streaked with mud, a man with a silver revolver in one hand. Choi fired, but the American’s attention was only for the heavy gunner. The revolver barked and a bullet rebounded off Yoon’s faceplate with a sound like a stone hitting a tin can. The gunner recoiled under the impact, staggering as the sludgy ground pulled at his legs.

  The second shot came in the wake of the first and it hit the same mark. This time, Yoon’s visor shattered and the gunner reeled back. He collapsed to his knees, the DP-27 falling into the mud and forgotten as he clapped his hands to his head, blood gushing from between his gloved fingers.
