  1. [Real: Aeliana / Assumed: Talia] (Inuki)
  2. -Etymology - Aeliana: Fancy!Version of Aelia, derived (somehow....) from Helios, Sun.
  3. Talia: Comes from the Samoan word ‘fa’atali’ and means ‘to wait’. The word is often used as a reference to waiting or being in anticipation for something big.
  4. -Gender - Female
  5. -Date of Birth - November 3rd, Oretian Year 628 (16 Years Old)
  6. -Personality
  7. - SMOL
  8. - Before her defection, she felt her parent's words were the only source of absolute truth in the world. As that worldview was shattered with an arrow, she no longer accepts truth wholeheartedly from anything other than her own eyes and experience
  9. - Still very naive, and will rapidly jump to conclusions of the nature of things, and finds it very hard to have her mind changed once doing so
  10. - Also very naive when it comes to helping people, will do so without a second thought, even if they stand to pose a threat to her
  11. - The kind of person that, if mugged by a poor looking person, will, after disarming them, would hug them and ask if there's anything she could do to make sure they never try that to anyone again. (though this has never happened)
  12. - Loves cute animals, especially pegasi, will be very averse to fighting falcon knights
  13. - Aplogizes profusely and prays for every animal she has to hunt during her time in Aufana
  14. - Otherwise not particularly religious
  15. - Cries a lot, wishes her family could be together and happy again. Would, at least at the beginning of the game, refuse to fight her father despite being staunchly against almost everything he does
  16. - Does not navigate well, and does not like that pointed out. she knows. :[
  17.
  18.
  19. -Short Backstory
  20. - Lived a very sheltered and altogether happy life, completely ignorant to how life for the people outside of the castle was
  21. - While not a fan of fighting, the praise she got from her father was enough for her to be very dedicated when it came to mastering her abilities with Australis
  22. - Had a particularly strong affinity for reading books about pegasus knights, both real and fictional. Begged her father for a pegasus of her own, ignorant to the distinct lack of them in her country.
  23. - On her 10th birthday her wishes were granted by very™ legitimate™ means™ as she was presented with a smol pegasus foal. She named it Aurum, after the glistening colors its wings showed in the sun.
  24. - Eventually became just as apt at flying as she did with magic, though this was her own passion, and the praise she recieved from her father began to wane
  25. - When she was 14 she decided to disobey her father's orders to only fly around the castle's perimeter, and flew to a nearby village to get a taste of what the outside world was like. But instead of being met with kindness, she was greeted with naught but hostility and stones.
  26. - After flying back to the castle, she asked her father why the people were so mean to her (completely forgetting she wasn't supposed to have been there in the first place.) This does not go well. The fury on his face terrifed her more than the hand that had just knocked her to the ground, and she was sent to her room with the knowledge that if she ever left the castle walls on her pegasus again, it would be tortured and killed in front of her eyes.
  27. - After this incident she begins to spend more time with her mom, and less time training. Only going to see Aurum to feed him before leaving him again. She had no idea if she could ever fly again.
  28. - She began to learn of the truth beyond the walls of the castle from her mother, with every bit of information she learned chipping away at the affection and pride she had for her father.
  29. - Her mother eventually told her about her plans of one day escaping from the country, hoping to trigger a change in Fulger to make him look past military might, and see what he was giving up with his one-track approach of power
  30. - A few weeks before "the defection™" she began to train more than ever before with Australis, so the plan could be set in motion
  31. - The night of it, she asked her father if it would be okay for her to take Australis for some after-hours™ practice. Having noticed her newfound dedication to it, he accepted.
  32. - Using bits of its power to quickly and painlessly incapacitate any guards she met along the way, she took Aurum from his stable, and flew to her mother in waiting
  33. - Unfortunately unaware of the fact that Tonitruian air space was significantly better guarded after the scene she caused a year earlier, they were discovered almost immediately, the shimmering starlight eminating from her legendary tome only giving the guards (who didn't yet know who they were shooting at) an easy target.
  34. - Thwunk, she heard. Followed shortly by an indistinguished sound of pain. Followed by the feeling that her pegasus just got quite a bit lighter. She looked back, and her mother wasn't there anymore.
  35. - Her anguish numbed by adrenaline, she unclasped Australis with the intent to kill for the first time in her life and sent down bolts through the hearts of any person with a bow she could see. This was also the first time her use of the tome generated an aurora, at first terrifed that its light would make her much easier to see, she noticed that Aurum's feathers shimmered with all of the colors above them. Ordering Aurum to go as far up and as fast as he could, she took one more look down, noticing a crowd forming around her mother's body. Holding on tighter than necessary to Aurum, they just flew.
  36. - Hours? Weeks? Who knows how long they flew, least of all herself. Their first landing was the worst. The weight of her situation came down on her all at once.
  37. - Eventually after calming down, she takes some supplies she prepared back home, and dyes her hair a dark red. Neon Green, as it turns out, was not a common color outside of Toniturian royalty, go figure.
  38. - Aurum is a good comfort animal, keeps her going when she'd much rather destroy the book and just die.
  39. - After a few weeks of flying, they come across a small establishment in what they eventually learn to be in Aufana.
  40. - Cautious of going into another village after her previous experience, she told Aurum to stay behind, and fashioned an additional cover for Australis using a bunch of leaves from the trees nearby.
  41. - Taking a deep breath and preparing for the worst, she enters the village and is pleasantly surprised when nobody seems to know who she is, only that she looks worn and tired.
  42. - Names are exchanged, and she realizes she probably shouldn't use her actual name just in case. Decides on Talia, another name from the stories she's read in the library, who had lived in a place that's description was similar to where she found herself
  43. - Decides it's safe to bring Aurum in, where their wounds and exhaustion are taken care of, and they eventually assimilate into the village for the time
  44. - Takes it upon herself to be as helpful around the village as she can to repay their kindness to her, and hunting is very easy when you're a master of a legendary weapon. For this reason, she always made sure she hunted alone, usually striking from well above the clouds, and shooting an arrow into their body after the fact to hide her power.

  47. -Preferred Role/Archetype - No Ests.
  48. ->Role: Gen 1 Australis Wielder
  49. ->Archetype: Given her herness I'm not sure if she really fits into an actual role but idk I don't really care
  50. -Preferred Place of Origin - What even is an Aufana? Rank from most to least preferred.
  51. ->#1: Tonitrui
  52. ->#2: Hm.
  53. ->#3: Hm.
  54. -Preferred Weaponry - What kind of pointy thing do you like stabbing people with? Rank from most to least preferred.
  55. ->#1: (Anima/Thunder?) Magic
  56. ->#2: Staves
  57. ->#3: Kindness
  58. -Mount - Got a thing for animals?
  59. ->Yes/No: Absolutely. Though for gameplay purposes, if decided that a mage flier is too op, she would definitely be the kind of person that wouldn't ever want Aurum to experience combat, esp after the defection.
