  4. Subject: Bowflex Campaign
  5.
  6. Over the last few quarters, the Office of Employee Affairs has noticed a considerable drop in happiness in the workplace. We have been looking into ways to curb this unhappiness, and improve the overall status of our office, and how it is run to promote good work ethic. After looking into our options and our budget, the Office of Employee Affairs is suggesting the purchase of a Bowflex machine, The Ultimate In-Office Workout.
  7.
  8. The reason that we have decided to follow the path of the Bowflex is simple, the benefits that it can bring to our office are unlimited:
  9. Boost Happiness
  10. Help Weight Loss Management
  11. Increase Energy Levels
  12. Mental Health Productivity
  13. Improve Sleep Schedules / Quality of Sleep
  14. This short list gives heed to many great things that can promote our office. Happiness levels being increased, makes happier workers. Increased energy leads to more productivity in the workplace. Mental health being in a better state leads to less clogged minds, and more vivid imagination in the workplace. With a better sleep schedule and more quality sleep, comes more refreshed workers and a better overall place to work.

  17. As we in the Office of Employee Affairs look at all the options available to us, we believe that investing in something such as a Bowflex machine will much improve the quality of our workplace. Since we have such a large staff, allowing breaks for workouts can now be encouraged, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and a new sense of productivity at work.
  18.
  19. We continually are looking for ways to improve our employee experiences here, and any suggestions are welcome and encouraged. We hope that as any new ideas come up, that they can be discussed in more detail at an in-person meeting setting. I am looking forward to hearing your correspondence.
  20. Sincerely,
  21. Landon Degner, Employee Affairs
