Capuccino tasted very bad - lack of milk?

Chester thought the capucinno from the coast express vending machine tasted horrible.  It tasted bitter.  Was Chester doing something wrong or was there something wrong with the machine or is that the way it just tastes?

Chester remembers trying a capucinno at home when father bought and it tasted nice.  Its like it lacked milk and was made of entirely water.  Maybe that could be it?
