Race is something which influences other identifications and something people form communities or blocs around. We wont get past it, so saying we "just need to convince the nonwhites into not bloc voting against us to tax us and subsidize them (at best)" is acquiescing to social tensions right out of the gate...for no real benefit. Too much political polarization can be a huge problem in a homogeneous population, and this was all done based on a lie. Steps to undo the lie or at least the historical majority asserting itself is the only redress. The common argument is the US is too diverse for whites to do this, convenient.

So ideas like this can spread to other nations? Good argument against being a minority
