  63. I dont want to stir up anything but there are soldiers that do shoot people just because and they have confessed to doing so. Just driving down the road and they just pull the trigger. Givin that not all soldiers do such a thing the effects... of war does get to your head and some people do flip and others are just insane from the start and use war as a reason to carry guns or even worse kill.
