<Elpizo> Tangling with the two teams of three Eva Series units are Alan, Luis and George. In another sector of the battlefield lie Sani and Helel face to face, with Morgan still activating her Eva.
 <Morgan_Nevril> There is a glimmer of something from beneath the cliff as Unit-05 finally stands. The shadows seem to cling to its form, black plates of fortified armour slither across dark blue composite. The colours of the night. But now more organic, steely cords wend their way between the plates, weaving them together and tightening them. The form creaks, but quickly gain vigour as the being stands on it?s two feet, bedecked with iron, barb
 The arms hang long, where ribs of black armour are elongated to create flat blades on the back of the appendages. It carries a steely shield in its off hand. The shoulders are lop-sided, the right wing stripped away to house a heavily armoured magazine that leads around the back of the neck to the left wing, which has also been modified, larger and heavily armoured, with the back of the sword scabbard lancing skyward.  The modified A-Type equipment on the back of the Evangelion primes, a shimmering halo of blue light backlights the head of Morgan?s machine, the templar crown replaced by a armoured collar and the face plates reinforced by the organic steel shell, eyes black as coal but for a blue pinhole deep inside of the metallic skull, which wears a permanent, open grin complete with tombstone teeth.
 With a sound like thousands of layers of fabric, four swaths of flat, steel substance unfurl from the back of the Evangelion, fluttering in the draft from the super charged air from the launch pack. The ends are cut into five parts each, looking like hands cut from construction paper by a child. The fluttering fabric quickly stiffens and takes form, blue patterns shimmering across them, depicting primordial almond shaped eyes. T
 Unit-05 drew a long, curved blade with surprising ease and swiftness, willing the blades edge to life. At first like the sound of a single voice holding a note became a cluster, a group, a choir, and then something more as the blade?s edge vibrated at higher and higher intervals, glowing red and soon shifted to yellow, white, and then a pale blue.
 Morgan now wore the guise of the Arm of God.
 <Elpizo> The pieces of White's ride fall down ominously.
 <Morgan_Nevril> The A-Type flares into life and hurl Unit-05 skyward, it's flight aided by the flap of the four metallic wings. Twisting, the being stoops down towards Eva-04, the metal flapping behind it as the taloned feet reach out. The Devil Evangelion steps easily out of the way. Unit-05 slaps into the ground, seeming to not even be effected by the shock, raising the shield in preparation for a counterattack.
 * Sani_Loituma turns around for a second strike, but stops when she notices 05 missing. "MORGAN! Get out of there, it's for your own safety! I can take him alone, you go help the others."
 <Elpizo> EVA 04 looks down on its failed attacker "Always the eyesore, Nevril. You just cannot stop yourself killing everyone who you fancy, don't you? I would like to thank you for saving me the trouble of finding an excuse to have your friends not become part of the project, however, the Eva Series might have actually been a threat to me that way." the Eva then proceeds to simply strip away her...
 ...A.T. Field as if opening a door.
 Hidden until now within the shoulder pylons, two bolter cannons reveal themselves before opening fire at Morgan.
 <Luis_Medeira> "Stop arguing and focus your fire on him! I've got these guys here!", Seriously. Luis is sure he can handle the fast and brutal, but somewhat obvious movements of the MP evas. "We fighting to disable, or to kill, George?", is anyone in those things? Do dummy plugs work without a pilot?
 <Sani_Loituma> "I'm pretty sure they're entirely empty and under his control. The fact that he can DO this while still in my field means that you shouldn't risk yourselves against him."
 <George_Wagner> "Damnit... Reynolds! Jakob! Stop, we're not your enemeis!" Shit, what the hell was wrong with them?
 <Morgan_Nevril> Morgan's gaze darkens as White taunts her. She doesn't lose focus as she deftly dances around the cannon fire. "Understood, Sani. Whatever the case may be, Luis, focus fire on Unit-11 first. I have a hunch."
 "They can't hear you, George. The Dummy System has full control over their Evas."
 <George_Wagner> Mind control? That was ludicrous but with all the stuff happening... "Sorry guys. I know they're our enemy now but they were our former comrades as well. If Sani is correct, we need to make them come back to their sense. So please, shoot to disable."
 <Alan_Anderson> "George, we should be able to disable the evas without hurting the pilots, just aim for the head."
 <Morgan_Nevril> "If I'm correct, the Dummy System is currently in either Eva-04 or 11. If we can extract and destroy the system from one of those EVAs, this will be over."
 <Luis_Medeira> "Who's in those evas?", Luis can't be bothered to remember these things!
 <Morgan_Nevril> "My squad from Boston, Luis. That includes Grace and Charisma."
 <George_Wagner> "Thanks guys." He was glad he had teammates like these, if only for a while.
 <Luis_Medeira> "I'm not killing them."
 <Elpizo> Our German Hero of Justice valiantly takes a pneumatic Tonfa to the chest, it hurt a lot more than he expected. He does however get a glimpse of the unit numbers, the three that attacked him were his friends, and also Ludger. "George... the UN has made your friend objects, biological cores to provide a Synchronizing Body for the mind of AI1. These are the people you are protecting, and the...

 <Sani_Loituma> "Then don't."
 <Elpizo> They silently move away from him, preparing for another skirmish.
 <Sani_Loituma> "You aren't killing them. You're breaking a core--if anything, it'll give them a final rest."
 <Elpizo> "You fully realize that they are alive and listening to you, Sani? Those are not words for someone who is always telling others what is the right thing to do."
 <Luis_Medeira> "Sani....you're going too far...", the more she talks....
 <Sani_Loituma> "They...what!? YOU JUST SAID!"
 <Elpizo> "And just to be clear about who is alive or dead: I have overtaken Lilith, the living Core of Avis Noah, and made it my own. All of its biological contents have been reduced to their base components. They are, for all purposes, dead. Though technically they are not."
 <Sani_Loituma> "STOP LYING! STOP DOING THIS! EVERYTHING YOU DO IS A LIE, AND WHEN YOU DON'T ALL IT DOES IT HURT SOMEONE!"
 <George_Wagner> "Damnit... I couldn't even protect them." Shit, even though it was the UN he couldn't place them entire blame on them, he should've done something, anything. "Jakob, I'm sorry but stay down for a while!" With this, he throws his Zweihander at Jakob's Eva, in the hopes of taking off its head and powering it down.
 <Elpizo> The massive sword cuts the head of the damaged Evangelion into two and forces it to reveal its faceless contents, barely resembling a human head in shape only. Within seconds its halfway mechanical, halfway biological armor begins to pulsate and grow back in a manner that is very gross to observe. It is fully healed in instants.
 * George_Wagner stares in shock, it was impossible. "No way."
 <Elpizo> As if to explain what the hell just happened, White stares down Sani and states"The Eva Series, AI1 and lastly, EVA 04. With unlimited power, the capability to automatically repair and regenerate any internal or external damage, and the only self-learning AI in the world. The largest threat to the Angels is now in my hands."
 * Alan_Anderson girts his teeth, "We won't be able to beat them if they ar all able to regenerate like this! Sani, get rid of the Commander as quickly as possible."
 * George_Wagner lets out a grin, "So... we just have to beat them enough so that they can't regenerate is that so? Then come on!"
 <Sani_Loituma> "...You're saying that like I care. You could have twice as many of these and I wouldn't blink. You could kill me and I wouldn't look twice! You said that this was all that I was meant to do? Then I'll show you exactly how well you trained me!"
 <Luis_Medeira> "D-did it just.....grow back its head?", they're really dead in there...aren't they? "YOU FUCKING BASTARD!", 02's At Field explodes in a haze of uncoordinated waves and angles, until several jointed, glowing protrusions resembling wings or legs, or perhaps damaged wings sprout from its midsection, assume a splayed pattern behind it. It shoots up into the air, legs twisting, locking tightly. It
 spins, descends while maintaining a rapid spin....and the legs will jackhammer out in unison, attempting to finish what George started.
 <Elpizo> The head crunches, it tries to grow back all of the organs and armor it just lost once again but cannot keep up, a mess of wires that look like veins fall out of the head and dangle. "That's not very nice language, Luis. I have never been keen on your foul manners, at least now I am getting a chance to see to it you don't do it any more."
 EVA 04 then half absent mindedly swings with its sword at EVA 05, it was easily parried, but it was a ruse to allow him to use it's A-Type to fall back abusing the opening.
 <Morgan_Nevril> Morgan curses as she tries to counter Eva-04's blow, only to catch the barest head distortion as he hops away.
 <Sani_Loituma> "He speaks more honestly than you ever could. Why do you think I love him?"
 <Elpizo> Much like with George, Alan is attacked next, missiles are dodged and a tonfa is parried, but the positron beam from above badly burns his outer armor. "Now it is not in my nature to call people on their flaws like this, but since you asked I would say it is because you both have anger issues and are needy."

I have observed more of your kind interact than you will ever meet. And let me tell you, the previous chosen pilots didn't have these fancy tricks you have right now."

 Unbothered by their attackers, the MP Evas continue to attack George. Luis gets in the way once again, taking the brunt of it and somehow holding an entire barrage of missiles off with the help of his shield and layered A.T. Field.

 * Sani_Loituma clenches her teeth and starts to hyperventilate. "Wh-who said... Who said I was trying!?"

 "When I aim for the top, I hit it. No matter what!"

 <Elpizo> Like a broken doll, the Eva struggles to rise up, only to be shot down, chunks of its protection sent in multiple directions, oily blood spraying into 00's chest.

Wake up!>" She summons something deep in herself. From Unit-05's maw comes a flash and then a burst of energy explodes around Unit-11.
 <Elpizo> George can be spared, she says. As if to taunt her, EVA 04 shoots itself straight at EVA 01, firing with one of its wing cannons. It is a direct hit to the unit's chest, digging deep into the armor and completely ruining it. "Yes, George, he can be spared. You see, he cannot even become an Initiator by himself. His Evangelion is as much a soulless husk as those you are fighting, perhaps even...
 ...moreso. For all his talk, he is but a single Child who happens to be able to Synchronize."
 All morgan receives from the other line is a dry, almost lifeless "System... check..."
 Apparently out of missiles, this time two marionettes try to assail Luis in melee. Their tonfas scratch his legs.

 * George_Wagner felt nauseous, the pain of being hit by the bullet along with the jostling that ocurred inside the entry plug wasn't the most pleasant feeling. He was gasping for breath between each word. "Guys...don't...they're, our... comrades."
 <Sani_Loituma> "Which is why I'm saying we should work on 04, George! I know that at least you can stand up to it! I can't quite go it alone here!"
 * Morgan_Nevril senses a glimmer of hope. "<Ludger! Stop and look at me! Realize where you are! We are back where our time had ended a year ago. We have come here to end what was started a year ago.  * Luis_Medeira 's shield arm catches those blows....and it shatters. His arm's still reinforced, though. It'll be enough. "Do it....I'll keep these guys busy, and I'll protect them, too, George."

 <Elpizo> "Do I hear German? Allow me to tell you a short story: Once there was a group of people who wanted to create a controllable Initiator of Third Impact based on Adam's genetic code. The project was but a string of failures, the Evangelion housing it's soul made the original Pilot Zero an enemy of humanity until its contents were given human form, in me."
 "After having proven my reliability as an advisor, my own genetic code was used to enhance the existing project NERV Germany was already working on: That of the First Children."
 "Frustrated at their inability to replicate what the Third and the Fourth Child were naturally capable of with their Evas, they would later find their latest Synch Positive pilot and splice the last bit of Adam into him. That would be your friend Hiver, the latest failure of Project Earth or Adamah"
 * Alan_Anderson is silent for a few seconds, "So, me and Ludger are based on you?"
 * Luis_Medeira attempts to aim controlled blows at one of the MP evas....and misses each time, hesitating due to trying to avoid the body. "....damnit!"
 <Morgan_Nevril> "<And now fate has brought us here again. To this divide. And I won't accept you to just ignore this. You are not a cog to some damned machine. You were never to be the servant of an Angel. You were the Child of Cronos and a weapon to destroy the Angels. The true person I faced out there would never be subverted by such base control.  <Elpizo> "Me and Adam, Alan, you are one fourth part Angel." Already close to George, and by extension, Luis. "As for you, Luis..." Helel opts to attempt and cut EVA 02 into ribbons, the third of his strikes finally getting through his blocks and gashing the mechanical monster's arm, blood gushes out and is quickly sealed by the Eva's own regeneration. "Really, we never got along too well, did we, even though I tried to have you on my side." EVA 04...
 ...then backflips away from him.
 "I kind of admire your single mindedness, but that's not going to stop me from returning you to your mother. A shame you didn't hear from poor Maximo though."
 The Eva just... stands there, it's not even taking a fighting stance now.
 <Luis_Medeira> "Save your talk for someone who cares! I've got not family!", Luis replies, groaning quietly at the pain of that blow. Even with it dulled even more than before...damnit..
 <Elpizo> "No family? How amusing you would say that when I bring up the good doctor."
 The Evangelion is considering its next move, apparently buying time with chatter "You see, Luis, he was your father."
 "...I'm sorry, that was a joke. It just looked so much like you were waiting for a reveal of some sort that I couldn't help it. You're as normal as it gets for people who can be made positive, and your failure at making your Evangelion an able Initiator only disappoints me further."
 The Eva literally shrugs after that.
 <Sani_Loituma> "I told you..."
 <Elpizo> All the MP Evas stop fighting after that, whether they were thrown on the ground or maneuvering a foe, they break formation and head over to Richard's side.
 <Alan_Anderson> "Anyone of you two can hear me! Answer me you idiots, I won't let the commander do this to you." Alan yells desperately into the comm, hoping to get a response out of the two remaining evas in the group.
 <Luis_Medeira> "YEAH?! WELL IT WON'T TAKE ANYTHING MORE THAN AN AVERAGE MAN TO KILL YOU, YOU BASTARD!", Luis is angrier than he's willing to let on.
 * Morgan_Nevril turns, following Unit-11's path as it takes it's place next to Richard. "<No.>"
 <Sani_Loituma> "I told you... SHUT UP!"
 <Luis_Medeira> "George, we're going to need to get the big guns for this one...you know what I mean."
 * George_Wagner could feel the bile in the back of his throat rising up, only through sheer will did he force it back. "Luis... that's too risky."
 <Sani_Loituma> "Whatever you're talking about, there's nothing to lose. No matter what happens I'll make damn sure you come out of this alive."
 <Luis_Medeira> "He said he fused with the ship's engine, George. Everyone in there's dead. We destroy the ship, we might save our friends and come out of this alive...."

 Seven white wings of light, four to his right and three to the left, expand then turn into a single translucent cone. EVA 04 floats in front of the White Star. "AI1, please initiate Anti Annihilator Formation."
 <Alan_Anderson> "No, this can't be."
 <Elpizo> Though some are slower than others, as if their systems were unresponsive, the Mass Produced Evangelions form a column in the air. They resonate with each other, forming a link, transferring their Synchronized A.T. Fields to EVA 04. It in turn resonates with the White Moon itself. "AI1, fire the Anti-Positron Annihilator."
 ...and nothing happens.
 * Morgan_Nevril sops cold, breath caught in her throat.
 <Elpizo> Two of the Eva series have stopped sending their signals, they slowly float down to the ground "Oh well, I knew they weren't really that reliable. We'll have to do without being at peak efficiency."

 It looks harmless enough, until a concentrated beam the color of sundown sweeps the battlefield, drawing an arc somehow perfectly aimed at every single one of you.

 <Elpizo> It is met with flesh and armor being melt, limbs not being sent flying only because of a miracle of some sort, they cannot take something like this often.
 * Luis_Medeira holds back a pained cry. "GEORGE! WE NEED THOSE BOMBS! WE NEED TO END THIS!"
 * Alan_Anderson recoils recoils in pain while several of the systems of the plug short cirquited, a panel or two blasting loose and sending a wave of hot bubbles throughout the entry plug. It will take some time for the adaptive systems of the entry plug to find a way around the destroyed parts.
 * Morgan_Nevril gasps in pain, but fights through it.
 * Sani_Loituma trembles under the pressure, looking upwards. "S-see what I said!? You can't stop us!"

 <George_Wagner> Thankfully, his Eva escaped the attack mostly unscathed except for some burn marks on the Eva's left leg. "Luis, I'll end this. One way or another." They couldn't survive another attack like this. It was time to gamble.
 <Luis_Medeira> "George....", this is never going to work. His gamble had better be good, or he would gamble away everything and everyone.
 <Sani_Loituma> "George, it'll take you too long to get into position. I'm going to move you, alright? It might be a little rough."
 <George_Wagner> "Alright." He had to trust them, what he was doing would be incredibly foolish.
 <Elpizo> "It's almost endearing, really, but I've seen this too many times already."
 * Sani_Loituma bends the field in the sky to form a giant hand, which reaches down to pick up 01 and place it closer to the formation.
 <Elpizo> "Here's another nugget of wisdom, for as long as I as Adam can remember Humans and Angels both trapped in an endless cycle of Death and Rebirth, doomed to forever destroy each other."
 <Morgan_Nevril> "What makes you think you're changing anything then? Or are you a slave to the cycle?"
 <George_Wagner> "I don't give a shit about that. All I see is an enemy in front of me hurting my friends." With that, he spreads an Anti-AT Field and once again the disgusting feeling that all his sense are wrong start bombarding him along with the groans of his mind.
 <Elpizo> "By the way, Anti AT Fields are dangerous, I've told you this before, there's no guarantee they will even work... let's see, another minute to recharge, my, even concentrated the output leaves a lot to be desired." he actually pays attention to you all now "Of course, you would not know of such things. Both Humans and Angels have time and time again returned to the source of life that holds...
 ...everything together before the world was remade. All it takes is a single Progenitor to overpower the other, and it all returns to nothing before being remade one more time."
 "So the Dead Sea Scrolls, the universal records themselves, say. This world is a failed one of many countless others before. That's right... like an experiment in a flask."
 <Sani_Loituma> "So how am I keeping this going? Not like you're actually telling the truth here."
 * Alan_Anderson coughs inside the LCL, "Still, even if you call this world failed, we will protect it. Even if it costs us our life."
 <Elpizo> "Oh but Sani, I've been telling you this the whole time, True Instrumentality, the Power of the Garden of Eden, can only be attained with the blessings of both the Tree of Life and Tree of Knowledge. Adam and Lilith are not enough by themselves, and they need their respective keys as well, this both Humans and Angels ignored, possessing only barebone recollections from the Scrolls."
 <Luis_Medeira> "Sani...you can't get those mines, by any chance...?", George isn't complying. Luis doesn't know what to do. He can only fly above the formation, and wait.
 <Elpizo> "Power recharging, no good... say AI1, could you somehow go faster?" It seems entirely unfazed by the floating Eva in front of it.
 <Sani_Loituma> "You're bullshitting at this point. I thought a higher being would be able to do something else than act like a broken record! But you know what? Even if you're right for once, I don't care. This will give us a future, no matter for how long. As long as the world sees this whole thing over, as long as they finally return to something calm, we'll have won."
 * Alan_Anderson is still trying to recover from the shocj of te previous blast.
 <Elpizo> "Very well, I grow weary of speaking as well. Show me your resolve, Children."
 * Sani_Loituma flies up to meet him head-on once more, swinging straight through him as in the beginning. "This isn't even HALF of what I have for you!"
 * Morgan_Nevril launches upwards towards Unit-04 and despite the damage to it's feet, levels another diving strike. "Ludger, Grace! Get to cover!"
 <Alan_Anderson> Despite the damages to his eva the markerlight is still functional and Alan does whatever he can to aid his allies and sends them all tactical information.
 <Elpizo> EVA 04 tries to stop 03 with its impressive A.T. Field once more... but fails, the girl digs deep into the sternum, Helel attempts to remove it but notices the real threat too late. Bypassing the A.T. Field is coming the other Black Eva straight to it's face, the armor is first crushed and Morgan sinks her rending feet into the torso of the enemy before a violent cross shaped explosion...
 ...covers the lot of them.
 ...as the blast clears, the rest of the MP Evas are next to come down immobile to the ground.
 <Alan_Anderson> "Is he dead?"
 <Elpizo> But you can still sense it's A.T. Field.
 <Morgan_Nevril> "White is still inside the the base. We've just removed a gate keeper..." She opens a channel to the other Evas. "Evangelion units, do you read me?"
 <Elpizo> Battered, with opposite legs and arms missing, missing a head as well as showing the true face of an unprotected Evangelion. EVA 04 is a butcher's delight, blood and guts exposed.
 ...the unit turns tail and with it's unbalanced A-Type armor floats away towards the base, awkwardly spiraling as it escapes.
 The Eva series is unresponsive.
 "...failure, reboot."
 <Morgan_Nevril> "<Shit.> We have to shut down AI1."
 <George_Wagner> "You aren't getting away from me." With that, George focuses all of the Field and very reminiscent of a regular AT Blast he shoots it at the retreating Eva.
 <Elpizo> It's leg is destroyed, and as it continues to float it's arm falls off, all that is left is a bloody mess showing all of the skeleton in the back, exposing even the entry plug itself... finally, it comes down, collapsing on top the ship....
 The sun is down, night comes, casting everything in darkness...
 ...Avis Noah absorbs the fleshy chunk of meat that was the remains of EVA 04.
 An enormous eye opens up on the surface of the fortress where the body dropped of, red and off center. It closes and opens again, this time accompanied by another similar eye, completing the symmetry. Beneath them another pair, then a third, open, and finally one last eye opens completing the column on the left.
 The structure of Avis Noah collapses and writhes, the eyes pushing outwards, protruding like pseudopods searching for something.
 They distend, and bend, drawing from the fast deflating sphere, arranging themselves into crude mockeries of limbs. An eye settling in the 'palm' of each 'hand', an eye in each 'knee', a pair where shoulder blades should be, and one occupying the 'head'.
 They blink once more, and when they open, they are not eyes, but faces, shifting but familiar, reminiscent of the past Angels, but uniquely their own as well with a crucified, chained humanoid as the head. White leather wings burst from the mouths on its back, providing it with a wingspan large enough to accommodate its size, despite the impossibility of the flight for something so large.
 It's chest opens horizontally, a final eye reappearing. It is a solid red orb, its core. It rolls within its socket, searching, somehow having a point of focus despite being an undifferentiated ruby sphere. They eye closes, and the lids, and indeed all its flesh hardens, all the faces frozen in a bizarre fashion.
 The pale figure on the top raises its expressionless mechanical head, two glowing eyes stare at you below a familiar V-Fin. This is no longer an Eva or an Angel, but a God of its own.
