  22. [2015-12-16 13:26:22] * Noble_Heart frowns, stepping forward to get a better look down into the area where the dragon made its lair.
  23. [2015-12-16 13:26:59] * CopyCat may beg to differ, but she prides herself on finding somewhere comfy to sit wherever she was. The dragon's chuckle helps thaw out her frozen legs at least.
  24. [2015-12-16 13:29:58] <Mare-Do-Well> 3Blow, the dragon's lair is a vast cavern, most of which has been converted into a factory floor and balefire stockpile. A far wall glows with racks of balefire eggs. Conveyors hold balefire bombs in various states of assembly, hovered over by robotic arms. Zebra sentinel robots roam the factory floor.
  25. [2015-12-16 13:30:27] * CopyCat places one shaky hoof in front of herself. Then another. Walking is achieved! She steps through into the open-backed interrogation room with her friends and tries not to worry about how this room could turn into an oven very quickly.
  26. [2015-12-16 13:31:10] * Shatara eeps softly and shrinks back a bit, his attempt at levity kind of backfiring.

  28. [2015-12-16 13:33:31] * Noble_Heart scowls as she looks down at the dragon and her lair below. "For what reason is Xero kept here against her will? And for how long does her sentence remain?"
  29. [2015-12-16 13:35:15] * CopyCat attempts her best smile. "H-hello, Mother! How are you this fine evening? I must say, your scales are looking very beautiful today. Did you groom them especially for us or is that just your natural allure shining through?"
  30. [2015-12-16 13:35:59] * Mitzi looks to CopyCat, vexed and with a raised eyebrow."
  31. [2015-12-16 13:37:09] * Bookwright had lots of interview questions for the self-styled Mother of Balefire, but now the all seem to be dribbling out of his head through his ears...
  32. [2015-12-16 13:40:59] <Mare-Do-Well> 3"XERO DEFIED THE STARS. HER ACTIONS WERE A BETRAYAL. HER PUNISHMENT SHALL BE ETERNAL. AS WILL BE HER INCARCERATION."

  35. [2015-12-16 13:44:56] * CopyCat smiles nervously, looking between Mitzi and Mother. She totally wasn't trying to chat up the dragon... nooo, that would be crazy!
  36. [2015-12-16 13:45:30] * CopyCat quickly tries to think up a Plan B. Plan B not found.
  37. [2015-12-16 13:47:59] * Noble_Heart glares down at the dragon at that. "That arrangement is unacceptable. There is no crime for which eternal punishment is deserved."

  43. [2015-12-16 14:01:57] <Mare-Do-Well> 3The Mother of Balefire grins. "I create balefire eggs. The Cult of LIV enchant the talisman frameworks. The factory assembles them into balefire megaspells." Then, to CopyCat. "I was her Number One Assistant."
  44. [2015-12-16 14:08:40] * CopyCat tilts her head. "I've heard that phrase somewhere before... Oh!" she clicks her hoof on the ground. "From when Bookwright read The Book of Little Pip as we travelled, Twilight Sparkle and her Number One Assistant, Spike!"

  46. [2015-12-16 14:14:39] * CopyCat looks back at their host and addresses her again. She gives Mother a warm smile. "There was a pony whose Number One Assistant was a dragon. I thought it was a rather sweet story, the pony actually raised her dragon friend from when he was just a hatchling. Is that how you and Xero came to be together?"
  47. [2015-12-16 14:16:58] * Noble_Heart snorts. "Loyalty, says the one who would imprison their partner for all time." She glares down at the dragon. "That is a word that you have no right to say."

  49. [2015-12-16 14:20:29] * CopyCat then quickly adds, "I'm sorry, I did not mean to ask about something so personal. I just get so sentimental sometimes and I thought; 'wouldn't it just be the most precious thing if the same thing had happened between Mother and Xero as Twilight and Spike.'"

She spread her wings, her horn glowing as her shield shimmered around her. "I will not let you remain here tormenting someone who has already paid for their mistakes. Today, Xero's imprisonment ends." She responded to Mitzi.

  75. [2015-12-16 15:06:37] <Mare-Do-Well> 3The floor of the factory is completely tiled, but the walls are irregular stone of a natural cavern. There are outcroppings and nitches which do have soil, although very shallow and covering stone. They are the best that Shatara can find.

YOU HONESTLY BELIEVED THAT TURNING YOURSELVES INTO ALICORNS WOULD HAVE GIVEN YOU THE POWER YOU NEEDED TO DEFEAT US? PONIES HAVE NO STOMACH FOR TRUE SACRIFICES. THE SACRIFICES WE WERE READY TO MAKE."

To destroy your own nation just to plunge another into chaos!?" She snarled. "Sacrifices such as that are empty and pointless. To give up the lives of others for your own desires. Real sacrifice means giving of yourself! Something that a selfish, indulgent, arrogant creature
  85. [2015-12-16 15:15:57] * Noble_Heart like you could never do!" She narrows her eyes. "What you did was not sacrifice. It was betrayal."

He only let ponee doctor een aftur Fifi died. Looseen children eez horrible... UND YU DEED EET ON PURPOSE?!" She roars with rage and strikes the window with all of her considerable strength.

One which I cannot abide! I will never forgive someone like you who would give up others for your own plan without their permission!"

Noble, tell me a little something honestly! What happens when you put a huge source of life energy next to a huge source of death energy?]
