!info - provides you with a link to this Pastebin
!howto - instructions on how to join the queue
!kothsetup - gives instructions on how to use/setup King of the Hill
!list - shows the current list of people in the KotH queue
!challenge - join the KotH queue
!dropspot - drop your spot in the KotH queue

----- Mod Only Commands -----
!win - use this when the King wins; advances to next challenger
!lose - use this when the King loses; the current challenger becomes King and plays the next challenger
!setlimit [number] - sets the list cap to your preferred number (e.g. !setlimit 15). Default is 10
!add [user] - add a user to the list (e.g. !add TaahaK)
!add [user] [number] - adds user to a specific spot on the list (e.g. !add TaahaK 1 will add TaahaK to the beginning of the list)
!remove [user] - remove a user from the list (e.g. !remove TaahaK)
!open - open the list
!close - close the list
!clear - clear the list
!submodeon - allow only subscribers to join the list
!submodeoff - allow everyone to join the list
