scroll fix (for when it randomly goes up/down)

what if I save start time, up-scroll-amount and down-scroll-amount on scroll, setting an once-timer for short time, and then check if in that time more up happened than down, and vice versa. cancelling all scrolls until after that time, letting this decide whether to scroll down or up by the saved up- or down-scroll-amount
