Ability: To induce a deafening silence.

Rational and calm. Hoshiko's somebody who's been warped and modified into keeping note that her job is only a business.
Her job is being a hired assassin. There's different people in the Lunarian Capital that aren't noteworthy people to mention,
some of them happen to be rather stingy and upsettingly prideful. Hoshiko describes them as, "painful and childish" due to their
artificial immortality.

Hoshiko doesn't care about who her customers are, though, and her morals as an assassin are grey. Nobody knows about her
feelings on her job, she's been shaped by history and who she's been involved with in the past. Too much to really care.

When she walks, there's no sound. When she speaks, there's only a harsh whisper. Her expression is serious, rendering any
attempts of distracting her useless. Unless, if you're an extremely talented comedian, her shell becomes easy to crack then.

She'd rather keep her history on the moon hushed, that includes anything about Jouga.
