Department Officer 50491 called all available ground units to proceed towards the briefing area, the units in question were UNION.i2.24013, UNION.i5.57736, aswell as myself and Recruit 60321. The District Captain was present on the observation deck aswell. The briefing consisted of the search of BOLO Suspect MAX VALENTINE, #85770, whom evaded capture for seven days in total. Which led up to a raid performed in his residence, that being Apartment A1 within the Loyalist block, aswell as his possible second address being the, what once was the illict bar located within D3: Residential Area, the 'Oswins', now burned down.

First we were tasked to investigate Apartment A1, the first residence, albeit unlikely; to see if our BOLO suspect was located in there. I was assigned to be the breacher, 24013, pointman, 57736, rear-guard and the Recruit was tagged along, attached to 50491 for observation. Code SHADOW was in effect upon departure from NEX-HARP, up until the residence was breached. Upon arrival of the residence, the apartment was breached, a single flashbang was used before entry was made; once entry has been made, the apartment was inspected thoroughly, the searched turned up inconclusive.

The Recruit was tasked to move back to the Nexus once the search was complete, where myself, 24013, the Department Officer and 57736 advanced to D3: Slums, however when we made our way forward, static interference was picked up in the nearby vicinity, the source remains unknown and will be investigated at a later date. Code SHADOW was in effect yet again upon entry within the tunnel, as we slowly and steadily progressed our way throughout the tunnel networks and through D3: Slums, up until we arrived at D3: Residential Block. Code ECHO was in effect when SHADOW was lifted at the entrance of the 'Oswins', as we were unable to progress considering the building had large amounts of rubble and entry was unavailable at that time.

The Department Officer gave the order to re-trace our steps and RTB, at which I took point and tasked 24013 to stay behind me and 57736 to cover the rear, the Department Officer was located within the center as per part of SHIELD directives. We encountered a single civilian on our way back with the name 'John Locust' however orders was to leave him be, at which we proceeded with our walk until we eventually returned back at NEX-HARP. No injuries were sustained, no equipment nor bullets were fired, a single Flashbang grenade was utilized during this raid.
