Store Inspector general info:

Do not make walls.
Do not portal.
Do not dove.

Make troops.
Hide troops unless actively using them to kill.
Get storehouse to 9+.
Get shrinking powder to 9+.

Manage resources to keep them below safe.  Burn them or trade them to someone.
(We don't care if an attackers gets a few resources, just don't be spewing millions.)

We don't care in the slightest about gold.

By doing this, you shouldn't care if you are attacked.  We won't care.

This allows us to build up and attack whoever we want.

Explicitly: no restrictions on who you can farm, or otherwise attack.

We will not be doing relations with anyone.  Friendly, if ever used, is for finding coords.
Don't expect many hostile declarations either.

Get a second city.  We can help with that.
