Firstly, let me just say I really like your terrain and your organics. You have a nice variation in the layering of terrain, and also a good palette. I like the use of dirt mixed in with the grass; it works for this style. I would just say the only thing I'd change are your pathways. Don't make them solid! Use a combination of different blocks, including grass, so it looks like more of a natural pathway, like gravel/cobblestone/grass, for example.

Your structures, however, are where it's lacking.
The roofs need work.
The house roofs are too straight across, I've told you this before. Add some curve to them, something similar to this:

That's more complex of an idea, but it demonstrates the kind of creative curves I'd like to see. I'd also suggest using full blocks, not stairs/slabs - they should be decoration blocks!
